“Excellent customer service at the poole branch. I purchased a adult scooter town 5 to commute on and realised on the first trip I needed suspension, I called and spoke with the manager who organised for me to come back the next day and swap for the town 7 with suspension even though i had used it ! Amazing service. Thank you ; )”

“I recently purchased a road bike online and picked it up in-store along with a number of other cycling bits and I have to say I love this store so much!! “Hi I first started buying in Decathlon 4 years ago when on holiday in France, a great place to spend a wet afternoon . I have just bought Taylormade fairway woods over the Internet , service an delivery was excellent also a good price. My husband has been pricing skis an Decathlon are the cheapest. Thank you for great service .”

“What can I say.... never used Decathlon before but heard some good things and thought I'd give them a go. I LOVE my new bike. It's perfect for me, really tough good construction, great finish and a great ride. I'm already looking at buying another from them for some road work. Highly recommended supplier. The only slight annoyance was the delivery which was failed 3 times before I opted to drive to the depot and collect it myself. That's probably more to do with DHL than Decathlon but it did mean I had to wait for my new toy and no big kid likes to wait. That aside I'm delighted with my purchase!”
