“I was sent the wrong model of the watch I bought . This was the second time the wrong model ( colour) was sent which makes me think you don't have all the range you advertise and just send what's ever in stock. I can't be bothered sending it back but won't be buying from you again!”

“Lovely colours but way too small for the size indicated. I already went up a size because I needed the fleece to go over another shirt but still way too small. If I had got the larger size the arms would have been too long and probably the shoulders would have hung. Disappointed that I had to return.”

“The shop is great and the kit you sell is brilliant, but that all goes wrong when a customer orders something on-line. Once they have your e-mail address you get bombarded several times per day with spam messages and its impossible to stop them. Decathlon - please leave me alone.”

“Had a few issues with delivery where I was told the wrong dates and told to wait in and the item did not come because it was out of stock and no phone call... I got the exchange which was fine but not the best bike for the money and time I invested.”

“Products are great and price good too - however I used the DHL collect from a local shop service. The products arrived but no-one informed me! Luckily the shop kept the items beyond the time they were due to be returned to DHL and I happened to go in and ask about them .. So good products, good price, poor delivery from DHL.”

“Excellent communication and delivered in store in time (in fact earlier than expected) Staff who went the extra mile and gave excellent customer service (well done). We normally shop in Decathlon in France where it is more of a house hold name However we are thrilled that they have kept their high standards here. An excellent online shopping experience that we would happily recommend. Well done Decathlon.”
