“I ordered for in-store collection. Weeks after placing my order I still hadn't received an email to say it had arrived. When I called the store they said they hadn't received it yet, customer services phone line said they had. When I finally got my order they had sent the wrong size and it was such a long time since I ordered that they had no remaining stock to replace it with. I had to go to sports direct instead, which I was trying to avoid in the first place!”

“Bike ordered for my daughters birthday well in advance. Delivery scheduled for the Tuesday. Took a day off work, waited all day. No bike. Email arrived to say would now come Thursday. On Thursday I got my parents to wait in, I couldn't take another day off. No bike came Thursday. Got a further email to say it would be delivered on Friday. This time I got my neighbour to wait in for it. 4pm Friday, my neighbour phones me at work to say no bike yet. I call Decathalon and they advise me it will be Monday before the bike arrives. You try telling a 4 year old they won't be getting their birthday present on their birthday. NOT GOOD ENOUGH DECATHALON. APPALLED BY THE SERVICE. WONT BE USING YOU AGAIN.”

“I bought the Tribord full snorkelling masks as presents for my daughter and her family who are based in Australia. Unfortunately they couldn't purchase them there, which is a strange cunundrum as in Australia you are surrounded by water and residential areas are all a walk away from water. Plus you have the Great Barrier reef, a snorkelling paradise. Spreading your postal area to include Australia would have been a sensible and I presume profitable idea.”

“Everything is fantastic, but lately you keep running out of my size. I like to buy online but delivery charges are high. You should consider waiving charges for orders over a certain amount.”

“great prices for well made quality products - the stores are easy to find your way around, and the mail order / click and collect service works very well indeed As a cyclist, I find the cycling clothing to be well made and more importantly, the cut of the clothing is more realistic for anyone who isn't a stick thin pro cyclist!”

“Good quality hunting jacket and great value for money. Delivery took a little longer than I would have liked as we now seem to live in an instant age. The video showing the jacket features was very useful and was the key decision maker in my purchase.”
