“Great stock and choice , prices are excellent , whether buying for my soccer club or myself or family . I ve found the staff generally excellent and superior to other sports shop staff in attitude and knowledge . The online system is easy to use and pain free , never had a problem . One feature that i notice lacking is when i see an item that i need for my football team and I need say ten or twenty of those items there s no way of knowing how many of them you have in stock or are available to reserve (Direct Soccer have this feature ) Its a bother for multi purchases . Other than that well done , i ll be calling again or buying online again”

“Ordering & delivery is very good as is the returns service. However one point I would like to make is the sizing information is quite vague. Not sure if the sizes on the webpages are EU or UK. Maybe it could be stated clearer which sizes are stated? If this is more clear it will be easy to use the conversion charts to order the correct size. Or Maybe its just me?”

“Was told that all my details in my phone wasn't enough ID proof even though my phone is built with a finger scanner has my bank details my debit card pictures of me my emails etc. Manager was very rude.”

“Took over half an hour to find my order of two bikes and then left me to walk out of the store carrying them both, no help offered at all! On the positive, the bikes are good value for money and decent quality.”

“I found that using the online ordering easier because of the travel distances to stores easier. The availability issues of sale goods in store is sometimes a problem. The pick up and returns is very simple and a positive process.”
