“Purchased a Thule cycle carrier online because the price offered by Decathlon in its sale was the cheapest available at the time by a considerable sum. Delivery was slightly longer than I am used to because I believe the article was despatched directly from France. But the estimated delivery time was stated at the time of order. I was able to track the package and delivery was made a day early. I would use Decathlon again.”

“Great service. Quality product. Friendly staff( apart from one of them that I think she didn't like her job since she wasn't helpful at all). But once I started dealing with other staff, then my experience was great as they were very helpful.”
