“Good selection of products at great prices. The customer service is very average - they appear to try hard, but don't seem to get the information right all the time, and can appear a little off hand if you ask more than a basic simple question. Had a couple of experiences where I was told one thing by one person, and another employee complete denied they offered that service. Only a handful of stores, so taking a new bike back for servicing can be a little bit of a chore.”

“Everything i've bought from Decathlon has arrived super fast and great quality. From bikes to tops to bags i've been impressed with everything and even when i once sent something back there were no problems at all and the refund went through smoothly. I'll always come to decathlon before i go anywhere else and their super friendly and quick customer service are tip top too! Cheers Decathlon you're Ace! :D”

“The quality of their products are good - especially the clothing products. The prices are reasonable. Their website has a useless search feature. I like that some products's pictures can be magnified but the usability of that feature is really bad. Most of the products on the website are not availalbe in every store which is a huge disappointment.”

“Visited shop in Harlow where I selected an Oxelo Town 7 scooter, but was unable to pay for it by PayPal at the store. However, I ordered and paid for it on-line and it came through, post free, in super-quick time. What's not to like? Scooter is great quality and fun although I am old enough to know better at 68 ...”
