“Bike was delivered to the store while I was out of the country, the store held on to the bike for me until my return to collect. An excellent service.”

“Ordered some hiking back packs that were on offer. Backpacks were received on time but quality was not up to the standard I was expecting. The material appeared quite thin and not substantial enough to hold a decent amount of weight. Service overall was decent.”

“Your alleged cheap prices are the same as anyone else's. 50% of the outdoor stuff I go in there for is out of stock for the season. Even on line. The staff are helpful, though. I go to other places first, and only use GO if it is genuinely cheaper and near at hand. You need to raise your quality and give real price reductions compared to the competition - not just at sale times.”

“My first order from Dathlon, and my last. Customer Return info very poor. Review section poor. Product was pretty bad, snow boots that I could get my whole arm down inside them when wearing them! Hardly the snug fit I was promised.”

“Excellent piece of kit. I had planned on using in tandem with head torch. However light coverage of ground is much better than I thought it would be, so I have used it without a head torch. Very comfortable to wear. Very useful having rear red light to warn cyclists that you are there.”
