“530 exercise bike, good product but supplied with wrong adapter. Took 2 attempts to get it sorted but 2nd time part arrived next day. Will use decathlon again, having since bought kit & trainers”

“Purchased an ONnight 410 headlamp, very impressed. Great beam strength even on the lowest of the two settings. Head unit is very flexible as it pivots into any position and it offers some form of water proofing, mostly shower proof. All in all a very good product for the price and much better than others twice the price. Colours are a bit naff but that's subjective!”

“Bought 30 x £1.50 water bottles online and collected in store. Parcel was available to collect at my local store within 48 hours from placing order. Bottles are attractive and sturdy. An excellent value. Very pleased with the whole experience.”

“I ordered my bike online and arranged that I would pick it up from the store. All this was extremely easy. There was a helpful guide on the size of bike likely to suit me. Again really easy. Went to pick up the bike, it was there ready for me to pick up, no problem. The only niggle was that it wasn't clear if the bike was set up or not. The pedals weren't attached, again this hadn't been made clear. If this had been made clear it wouldn't have been an issue and I would have given 5 stars. A small piece of clarity would have made the difference. The product is great by the way.”

“We bought two Dutch style bikes (ELOPS 320). Got a good price, quick delivery and the bikes are great. Not the lightest and 'only' 6 gears but they are easy to ride and give a good view that adds confidence when tackling today's busy roads.”

“I ordered some shoes which arrived in a couple of days but turned out to be a little small. No problem, it was easy to return them for a larger size, no fuss, no expense. I will be using them again, they have a great range of products too.”

“one of the best stores around. Can't speak for UK (internet sales), but do shop in Milan, Italy store. Staff are A1. One of the ONLY stores where customer service is practised in Milan. ....and I don't give out compliments very often or easily. keep up the great work”

“The company themselves are excellent, pity about the couriers they use. Lost my first parcel by not delivering it correctly. But Decathlon replaced no questions asked but it did make a Birthday present very late.”

“The product I bought (Tribord snorkelling mask) was brilliant but when I first tried to order online they were out of stock. I selected to be notified when the item was back in stock but unfortunately I never heard anything and luckily checked the website again and found they were back in stock, almost 2 months later. I don't blame Decathlon for not having the stock as I was aware there was a supply problem with the manufacturer (they themselves were out of stock for months) but I don't see the point in asking customers if they wish to be informed when the item is back in stock if they're never going to bother contacting you!”
