“Shop service excellent. The thing I am disappointed in, is that with the multi-gym there was no instructions or dvd to show you how to use it properly. Would have been nice if there was some kind of programme to follow.”

“After an initial disappointment due to poor information from the main website I can only say that Decathlon came good and despatched my order promptly. The goods received were up to the usual good value for money standard that I have come to expect from Decathlon. Just such a pity that Decathlon don't have a store closer to where I live and one that actually holds reasonable stocks of items in store associated with country sports.”

“Product was as described, quality commensurate with amount paid. Delivery could be improved though, expensive and slow. Look at Wiggle, they know how to do it!”

“btwin 500se, really like the bike, great value, light and fast. done over 500km so far no problems. needed adjustments on brakes and gears following poor set-up from decathlon, I read similar things in past reviews.”

“Ordering, delivery information and collection all very good, staff at collection point were efficient, polite and helpful. The only problem was that later that week I received a string of emails informing me that my goods were "ready to collect", culminating in the final email saying that my order would be cancelled and monies refunded as I had not collected my items. Possible loopholes in your systems could result goods collected and not being paid for. might be worth a check.”
