“Found it very easy to place an order for the item I wanted and arrange for collection from the store at Giltbrook. Whilst there, together with my two nephews aged 12 and 15, had a good look round and found lots of other items they have on their "wanted please" list at reasonable prices. In most cases we found that prices ranged from really low to as high as you wanted to pay depending on the quality yo are looking for. Staff were readily available to help you find goods you wanted and advise on the selection available.”

“Tent (Quechua Arpenaz 4.1) was good value, looks well made and arrived in good condition. Have put it up once to check that everything was there - it was! Followed instructions on website (YouTube video) and it wasn't very much harder than they made it look with two of us, one a complete novice. Would be pretty tricky with one person I feel. All in all very happy so far although the test will be Glastonbury in June! Only slight confusion was that despatch notice had no indication of how long I had to wait for delivery and I wasn't able to track my package via UPS as suggested so was almost too late by time decided to call in on off chance but it all turned out well in end (though would choose alternative delivery method next time).”
