“Very quick delivery!!!!! Items not of the quality/fit that I had expected- but they were cheap and used as lounge clothes- hence didn't send them back.”

“ordered size uk11 sent uk11.5 told i ordered the wrong uk 11 size as they deal in eu sizes asked for replacement to be sent to address as its a 50 mile round trip to store but they have sent to the store! not impressed one bit”

“I ordered 2 tops for my husband. My order arrived but the tops came up small so I sent them back with the option of replacing them with a larger size. All done on line and replacements received a week later. Good quality fleeces too.”
