“I purchased a couple of 'shorties' for my 6 and 8 year old in preparation for ocean boogie boarding in Cornwall this Summer. Fab price, great fit, arrived swiftly - and my daughters got heaps of use. The best £20 spent this Summer! Decathlon will certainly be my first choice for on-line purchases in the future.”

“I was slow to order sailing gloves before a sailing holiday but Decathlon were very good and two pairs arrived quickly (for me and my husband). They were however rather large so my husband kept the Medium and I ordered a much smaller size - despite time running out, Decathlon managed to get the replacement pair to me the day before we left to go sailing in Minorca. I was so grateful and the gloves were perfect and very good value for money.”

“Trying to get a refund was very time consuming and the staff involved in the phone were not qualified enough to deal with the refund. It took me 4 conversations over 4 weeks to finally get my money back.”

“Great selection of products and good prices. Website is a pain to use and the categories aren't great, pictures/description can be lacking, and it's generally slow & sluggish. I usually order through click and collect and find that staff are friendly and efficient when picking up my order. Returning is also easy as I can return items to the store.”

“I ordered an inflatable tent and wasn't given the option of purchasing a separate pump, so i assumed it was included. It arrived without so i called customer services. The person who dealt with me was abrupt and not really helpful. I was told the pump was out of stock but this wasn't flagged when i purchased. I think it's poor selling an inflatable tent without having the pump to go with it, as it is of course useless without one. I had planned to go camping at the weekend and use it, but had to cancel as a consequence.”

“always very attentive in the shop itself and the staff are knowledgeable about their products and if they feel they can't give you the information on something, they go and find somebody who can. We have always been very satisfied with what we have bought from Decathlon but if for any reaso something needs to be returned, they do it without question and efficiently.”
