“Decathlon were very good with their commitment to delivery timings and also on speaking to someone regarding having to send the items back, however I was disappointed with the sizings of the items. Every wetsuit came up too small, quite considerably! I measured according to their sizing guide and ordered accordingly, in fact went up to an age 10 for my slim nine year old daughter, but it was way too small!”

“I ordered online ... I am neither happy or unhappy with Decathlon. I think that you were slow at getting the goods to me, so I can only class Decathlon as average. You do no more than other average online stores.”

“Great quality clothes at fantastic prices. I ordered online as nearest store is quite some way from me. Was so pleasantly surprised at how quick the goods arrived. I'm reluctant to buy clothes normally online due to uncertainty of fit, however everything fit perfectly. Good also to see a simple and straightforward returns process just in case. I'm hooked !!!”

“Awful, I shopped online and I definitely wouldn't use again. I ordered online to save myself a trip to the shops but in the end it took so long to arrive that I had to go to the shop to get the things I needed. So when the order eventually arrived I had to make another trip to the shop to return it all. The estimated online delivery date was way out - 1 week. There is no point in giving an estimate when its so wrong. When my order wasn't dispatched I called customer service and they said that they would either expedite the delivery or cancel the order. They did neither, the order still took another 4 days to arrive. They also told me they would keep in touch and let me know the outcome - again no one contacted me to let me know what was going on. Awful!”

“None of the sizes are correct and are totally wrong, even Customer Services agreed this was a fault as the products came from France and didn't equate in anyway to our sizes in the UK. Useless when ordering items on line.”
