“My order was for some silk, inner gloves to wear inside others in cold weather. Decathlon offered the best price I found on-line. My gloves were well-packed and came very quickly. They do their job very well and I can recommend Decathlon whole-heartedly. DavidS”

“Though the products seem excellent, the use of the website could be improved. Pictures of arrows for children had to be expanded to see whether they had a notch or not, so it is possible to order the wrong type. The type we wanted was not available online. We could buy the bow but not the arrows for it. Not good!”

“My order of a cycling jersey was the wrong size. It was easy to send back and a new item in the correct size was very promptly sent. Sizing information could have been a bit clearer but good for service.”

“I've placed about 10 online orders, 40+ items in total, over the past 6 months. The UPS collection point has been very convenient and easy to track. I've made returns on most orders (only one item due to a fault issue) and there hasnt been any problems with refunds/exchanges. It has been easy to get in touch with Customer Services and they have been very helpful. I have found the quality of the Quechua hiking clothing good quality and excellent value compared to dearer named brands. As always with clothing sizing can be tricky but I ordered different sizes as returns/refunds hassle free. Rucksacks also worth considering. Good quality and some good designs. Fit is everything so it can be personal but I've got a couple that are a third of the price of dearer brands. I live in Wales so have to order online. I'd say definitely worth giving Decathlon a try. I'm not a Decathlon employee!”

“could not get the Arpenaz 100 grey high socks but settled for the forclaz and these were delivered very quickly (although more expensive than the arpenaz!)”

“Excellent customer service. My sons skateboard was faulty but we didn't have the receipt. We were given a full refund, even though the skateboard had since been reduced. We were also helped and advised on choosing a new skateboard which we did in store. Thank you decathlon. Mrs howe”

“Service was veryprompt. Unfortunately the items were too large so tried to change them at Southampton store. Didn't have size required so order was placed by your staff and confirmation of the order was received on my return home. Extremely satisfied with staff and on line communication. Would recommend to any who were interested in using your organisation.”

“My items arrived quickly and were well-packaged. The quality was fine for the price; however, since making the purchase I have been inundated with emails from Decathlon. I have now unsubscribed from the mailing list as I don't want/need emails every few days. To be honest this level of marketing has put me off using the company again.”

“Good slim fit shape for men's trunk like yoga shorts, avoids baggyness or excessive length... Excellent soft quick drying fabric... but detailing is not the best: Unnecessary tensioning chord is annoying. Watch out: Sizes are smaller than expected. I have 34" waist and Decathlon indicated that would mean medium. I found medium to be cripplingly tight! Had to exchange for large which was relatively straightforward.”
