“Hi there, All items arrived as ordered but unfortunately I got the sizing wrong with 2 items so had hoped to return by post to you on monday - could you please inform me of your returns policy . Although , I had the items delivered to family members address in the Uk, I actually live in Ireland so will be posting back from here ! Kind regards Aine Watts”

“I have been very satisfied with everything I have bought from you. I am especially impressed with the quality of the products, the service and the no hassle system when returning anything. I have only one query I don't appear to be accruing points on my loyalty card for some reason, can you explain this to me, or am I not looking in the correct place?”

“Tuke them 3 weeks to deliver, when I collect the goods t-shirt missing, send me a email telling me thy will send me £10 voucher, witch thy never send it to me, I will naver order from decathlon agn”

“Online purchase of Btwin winter cycle clothing of good quality and price but not on shelves in my local store in the colours i wanted were delivered to my home store in a couple of days, all bagged up and ready for my collection. Cannot fault Decathlon service. A*”

“My original order was due to arrive at the store within 3 working days. I checked with the store on 2 occasions after 5 days only to be told the order hasn't arrived. It was only after 2 lengthy telephone calls it was found that the goods were lost. The goods had to be ordered again and I had to wait a further 3 days before receiving them at home.”
