“Amazing prompt service. Product was of excellent quality and at the end of a weekend of terrential rain, was the only tent left standing unscathed and dry as a bone. Well done Quechua on you amazing product.”

“I love Decathlon but online shopping is a risk. It is about the luck that the item you buy it fit you and you are happy with that. But you can still return it and they give you money back. When you go to the shop directly not always you find the think you want that why I use shopping online.”

“The table-tennis table we ordered was delivered promptly by a 2 man delivery service which was excellent. I am pleased that Decathlon make a point of using this particular firm. We were kept informed all through the process as to delivery dates, times ... The table was in good condition with all parts clearly packaged and labelled. There was one slight problem, a small part was missing. However a phone call to Decathlon quickly resolved this. The sales assistant I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable; she arranged for the part to be sent to us as soon as possible. I would certainly use this company again and recommend it to others.”

“Really good tent. Very easy to assemble and very spacious. We bought it to protect our nine month old baby from the sun in the beach and my wife and her easily fit in it. It feels quite sturdy but it is light and easy to carry. The only minor negative is that it is slightly too big for a suitcase - at least ours. It can be fitted in but you have to bend it a bit at the risk of damaging it. I would definitely recommend it.”

“After placing my order for a Quechuo camping shower on 20th May I have received it on 21st May 2016. My first impression of the shower I am very impressed. Haven`t had a chance to use camping yet, but have used in the house and am very happy with the product. I have used Decathlon for previous products and have always be more than happy with their service. But, after a turn around of only 1 day on my most recent purchase I am more than happy, and will certainly be visiting this site again”
