Quality is great for the price. My only criticism is on their confusing sizing (some items are marked up as "EU" size, some aren't specified) - this means that sometimes a Medium is actually a UK Large etc.

Once you find out what your size according to Decathlon is, it becomes easier. They offer a very good value for money products. The shipping is fast and precise, return policy could be improved so that we don't have to pay if the product is too big/small.

The quality of most products has been very good however returns are expensive so I have tended to keep items that do not fit rather than have the expense of returning items.

Ordered online to pick up instore and waited patiently for my email for collection . No email confirming to pick up from store but the ticks on my online account where saying it was instore . I went to my local store where they looked it up and said they hadnt recieved the order but my account was saying they had .they then had to refund my card which took weeks to be replaced and I had to buy instore .Definatley will not buy online again it was a waste of my time !! .

I generally found the equipment I was after, however I do have a comment about the Southampton store staff. They need to learn not to judge a book by its cover! I went in with some very specific ideas in mind about what I was after. I'm a personal trainer and was buying equipment for my business. When I asked one of your male members of staff about the price of medicine balls (there was no price anywhere visible for quite a few products) he gave me a strange look and asked what I wanted to do with it. I said I'd be doing a range of exercises with it and when he probed further I told him I was a personal trainer. He assumed I meant I was working WITH a personal trainer, so I corrected him and said I AM the personal trainer and I will be using this with my clients. Now I realise I don't look like your typical personal trainer but for him to judge me on that basis was plain rude. He didn't even try to hide his shock and I was quite offended. The only redeeming feature of the whole visit, quite frankly, was the lovely girl at the counter as I was leaving.

Bought a ski helmet on line which actually fitted perfectly as I have a small head. Tried it on in the shop when I collected it just to be sure. Great service

I was very please with my parcel but it takes more than a week to arrive in my nearest decathlon . I think it's a shame you have to pay to have better services . I was thinking by collecting in the shop I will have save money and time but no it takes a full week.

Visited to return an Christmas gift. We expected the usual after christmas hassle you can get in stores but Decathlon dealt with it with ease. They looked up the item and ordered a new one online to be delivered to our home.

I have tried using the call back service when an item is to be back in stoock and noone called..however I tried the website on the off chance an the itme was in. Tribord snorkel easy breathe. Dectahlon need to call back and also need to stock more.

Very slow delivery time - I had to pay to receive items within one week. Free delivery was up to two weeks. Compared to other services, very disappointing.
