“Excellent ratio price/quality, easy to buy/order, offer the click and collect and the in store delivery which makes even easier to order. Should encourage more the customer to give a review of the product they bought. Some in store staff would benefit from a customer service training. At the end, I like Decathlon.”

“The Cycling jacket I bought for my Son arrived quickly. Unfortunately the sizing was exceedingly small, as I was travelling close to a store I took it and exchanged it very quickly very easily at no extra cost. I did mention how small the medium was (it would have fitted me! size10) the assistant agreed they did come up small my 38inch chest Son had to have an extra large! Maybe you need to say this or adjust sizing?”

“Staff very polite and helpful , the item I wanted to purchase was unavailable, the young boy advised that it was still available on line , if purchased , it would be available to collect in store the next day !!! A very positive experience !”

“The website was extremely frustrating to use, especially on my mobile, it was dire - I had to give up and get someone else to order via their tablet! A really bad experience of internet shopping (and I use the internet a lot for shopping, living in a very rural area), however the wellies I bought are excellent and were delivered quickly.”

“The service I received in store whilst collecting the item was poor. The way the staff treat each other is ridiculous and I did not appreciate the time they kept me waiting and the way they acted towards me was in a rude manor.”
