I ordered 3 face products on Dec. 7th. When the package arrived one of the products was wrong. I sent an email and received a reply, saying that a 'human' would be contacting me soon. That was on Dec. 17th. I have not received any 'human' interaction yet. I have called at least a dozen times, only to be cut off. Maybe if they answered calls more than 3 hours a day they could get caught up. Today is Jan. 11th and still nothing.

I ordered three products December 29th and it is now January 11th and I have not been updated about anything with my package. I knew it would take a while to come because Christmas and the pandemic but to receive no updates about my package for three weeks now unacceptable. Every time I track the package it just says in transit to USPS. I've tried to contact everyone in the process such as DECIEM, OSM WORLWIDE (the shipping partner), and USPS. The only people to get back to me was USPS but there's they can say except they never received the package.

I have used The Ordinary products since their start - love them. However, their customer service is the absolute worse. From the store associates to lack of response to emails, to no connection via phone. I placed an order on the 6th, it was shipped on the 11th, I tracked it to my state, then my package went to another state, then tracking disappeared--and it's now the 23rd. No more package. Oddly enough, this shipping ordeal is not the first time it has happened with Deciem. Trying to rectify it, is almost impossible. You may as well forget your money AND your products. I should have learned from my mistakes and ordered from a reputable retailer, not from Deciem. Or better yet, Deciem should really start using a more reliable shipping company, not the USPS.

Its been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received it yet. I love their products but I am highly disappointed with their customer service as I have been unable to get in touch with them regarding my order.

Half my order is missing from my shipment. I was charged but Deciem decided to not send the order but charged me for product they did not send.

Why does me wanting to cancel an order so hard? This is stressing me out since I just ordered a product and I'm trying to cancel it before it gets packaged but ya'll are making this way harder than it should be.

Never received my order even after getting shipping confirmation. Have been waiting for weeks !!! Impossible to get hold of anybody as there seems to be no real customer service and no-one to contact ! Really disappointed because I really loved the concept and ideals of this company and what I thought they stood for.

Ordered products online but NO CONFIRMATION and it's impossible to make contact with them. I have no idea what, if anything, has happened to my order and payment details, all very worrying. My advice is to STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Everything is so difficult with this company. I ordered online November 7 and no products up to today. Called them to cancel and they say I cannot do that. Went in store to get the products I need and they charged me full price when there’s this 23% off promotion. Called them and they told me I had to go back to the store for the discount to be applied. I live in Long Island btw. WHY ARE YOU MAKING THINGS SO DIFFICULT FOR CUSTOMERS?

I just left a review saying I couldn't speak to anyone at deciem, and have since got through to a very pleasant person, who may well solve my problem.

My daughter ordered some products for my birthday. The tracking details indicated they were stuck in a dpd office. I spoke to a very pleasant person at deciem who said she would send the order again. That was August, and I still have not received my order, or managed to speak to anyone at deciem. I am just left listening to music for ages.

Payment was apparently declined but they took the money from my account. Is this for real?? They said there was a problem with the postcode but there wasn’t. Seems like a scam.

This is first time I ordered the Ordinary products directly thru Deciem. I usually order them thru Sephora but Sephora was out of stock. I received damaged items because the package was not packaged properly. It only has a tissue paper with glass jars. I submitted an online form as there was no chat feature although there email says that you can "chat" with them. I got no reply back at all. I finally decided to call Deciem. I waited on the phone for over 40 minutes to resolve this issue. I mentioned their poor packaging and Dediem said they are doing this because they wanted to be environmentally sustainable company. Anyway Deciem said they will replace the damaged items but after talking to their customer service, Deciem put me as this whole issue was my fault. I just had a bad taste in my mouth and I am seriously considering stop using The Ordinary and switch to 'Inkey'.

Love the products, long time customer/fan/advocate. Suspect new corporate overlords are underfunding and trying to put them out of business. My favorite product gas been out of stock for months. Finally placed a large order, without favourite product, a month ago. Received an email that said my order was shipped, then got a cryptic message saying 'order refunded' and, after asking what happened, got two robot emails saying 'we will get back to you'. Very frustrating and sad for a once amazing company.

I was sent broken products because the package was not packaged properly over four weeks ago. When I contacted Deciem - you can't get through on a phone. They are completely taking advantage of the COVID situation in not handling customer inquiries. I submitted an online form as there was no chat feature although there email says that you can "chat" with them. Finally, when I received a response in two weeks (not 72 hours), I was asked to repeat what the problem was and whether I wanted a refund or replacement. It has been another week, they have yet to respond. Hope that ripping someone off with $31 was worth the review.

My order had been placed 43 DAYS ago and I have not got it yet. I tried to communicate with them and they just sent me an email, which was written by a robot (computer), telling me that they will contact with me whithin a few days. I never got a response since then (I sent the email in the 2oth day of my waiting). I'm still waiting for at least a response of where my order is...

it's been weeks and my package have not arrived yet! I've contacted and DM'd them via instagram but they haven't replied. When I tracked my package it is still at YORK, PA. Their custom service is not good at all. My friend recommended me this website, but I am kind of disappointed. PLEASE DO FIX THIS.

It's been 2 weeks and I have not received my order. I could not get any clear response on the e-mail what happened to my order. USPS showed that it has not left the warehouse. I tried to call but was on hold for very long and unable to reach a person.

I ordered $150 worth of products. I got a shipping notification and when I checked a week later the label had been created but it had still not been brought to USPS let alone shipped. I reached out via email and phone and got no response. Ended up reaching out over Instagram DM and finally got a response. The package had been lost. They resent it AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. Now they aren’t answering calls, emails, or DMs on any platform. I can to receive a refund nor have I gotten my products. It has been over a month. I’ve heard such great things about this company and I am so disappointed. Never referring to a friend.
