Their products are excellent at very reasonable prices, unfortunately they do run out of stock due to their popularity. Everything well packaged and sent recorded delivery.

The quality of the products and the price tag. The packaging is simple and we do not need to pay for extra unnecessary things and the products deliver what they promise.

Their cosmetics is, beyond any doubt, the best affordable cosmetics on the market right now. However, their customer service is horrible. Due to their mistakes, I have overpaid custom's service in my country for 2 out of 3 orders. So I've decided to buy their products from resellers rather than directly from them. Very unprofessional!

Forget emails ! They do not respond after waiting for 2 months So I just ordered ! The phone works better After 50 mns I was able to speak live with someone who was very helpful So dont expect any customer service Or Response It does not exist Other than that Their product is good Hence why 3 stars

I placed an order seven days ago and am still waiting. The most recent update on tracking was 3 days ago. This seems frustrating and unnecessary. It's not 1973, for Pete's sake. I will use Amazon from now on.

We always buy Ordinary products from Deciem website. Between my children and me, we almost have 70% of the ordinary products. But the last order of Ordinary from Deciem site,two face products were made in China!!! There was no information in that regard on the website which I think should be. Customer has every right to know where is the origin of the products especially face products. We never put anything in our body which was made in China. I requested a refund for these two with explaining the problem and after almost a month I got the reply! Two products cost me less than $8.00 but to ship them back to you, would cost more! They don’t accept the shipping fee. It’s the company responsibly to pay for shipping since they misinformed me. I trusted them to provide well sourced products but they sold me made in China face products! What makes it worse is that they are almost unreachable! Can’t talk to customers service because of high volume of calls, I get disconnected. There is no live chat either!Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.

First time ordering from this company. All went well up to the point of receiving my order. Very disappointed in the customer service of the company. Order was placed mid November with one item missing. EMPTY PROMISES!!! An email indicating an associate will be responding to me shortly. Nothing. I understand I received most of my order but they have also had all of my money since that time. Unable to speak to anyone at their 'happiness team' contact number. Unheard of in this day and age of on-line shopping.

I have been shopping DECIEM products for some years but had a major problem recently and discovered first hand how appalling their costumer service is. I made a purchase in November and despite being charged I never received an email confirmation and it was never sent. I have contacted DECIEM twice and have only received an email from a bot with a "we are analysing your complaint". It has been months. This is fraud.

Deciem's customer service is dismal at best. At worst, they're frustrating to deal with and a complete waste of time. I've been trying to order Deciem products from overseas (Macau) and while the option to ship remains on Deciem's website, all of my orders always get cancelled. They're also been rejecting the addresses that I put in, claiming that they're not valid when they were taken directly from mail that I've received at my house. Sure, their customer service has tried to help. Following their advice, I tried inputting my address in Chinese and Portuguese, but no luck, the order always gets rejected. They've also told me to ignore the error message and continue to checkout. I did-- and the same thing happened. At this point I feel like the customer service test rat, and they're just throwing out options for me and I'm supposed to tell them if they work or not. It's been a terribly frustrating experience because not only has this been going on for more than a year, but I have also not been able to receive an answer as to why my orders initially go through and then get cancelled. At this point, a simple 'No, we cannot ship to Macau' would suffice. I'm sick and tired of dealing with the unhelpful suggestions and their reluctance to actually look into problems.

I've been using the foundation serum for years, like it, but wrote several years ago to say the bottle is defective - that it sprays the product all over my bathroom. I got no response. Continued to use it, being careful to hold it directly on a make-up sponge to avoid wrecking the white tiles in my bathroom. Recently, however, it sprayed up and spotted a white tee-shirt I love. After I couldn't get it off, I wrote to the company. They asked for pictures - though I don't know why - since they replied that they aren't liable for their products, telling me others soaked clothes that had the same problem in cold water with detergent. I tried everything, making several stabs at soaking my shirt in water with bleach, running it repeatedly through the dishwasher - all to no avail. I was offered a paltry 15% discount on their site, which would do nothing to compensate for a $38 shirt that had been wrecked. I kept on them as I hated the responses, but have to conclude they are irresponsible, refusing to come up with a bottle that doesn't cause damage - and writing defensive emails. I've never had a company be so uncaring about their products or image.

They didn’t help me much when I didn’t receive the delivery which marked as delivered. They just said they called delivery company and asked me to call them again or ask neighbors which I did, otherwise pay and order again. After filing the dispute with my bank, they contacted me for a refund or send item again which is too late. Douglas didn’t have what I was looking for so I used this for the first time and this, I’ll never use Deciem again.

I ordered some products through deciem web site. I had the order confirmation and requested to ship the order to one of their branch for pick up. I have been waiting but no further info from deciem. Suddenly I received an email saying my order has been cancelled as I did not pick up my order within 3 days. I was surprised. How do I know my order is ready to pick up if they do not contact me. When I call the store, the staff requested me to go right away in order to honour the Nov sale discount. Another surprise. It is their system fault, not mine. I have my own schedule too and life too. Absolutely no customer service. What a shame!!! They do have good products but definitely the way they deal with customers is to push them away and frustrated them

Ordered 6 weeks ago and my order still hasn't arrived. They were friendly in answering back when I asked for the status. In my last email, I asked for my money back and now they started ghosting me. Will I see my money back??!! Not trustworthy. Don't by here
