“All sorted quicky, easily, and cheaply! But I would like to see them address their emails, which print out in tiny letters - so tiny that you can sometimes not read it, as they have the emails set to print all the tiny, tiny stuff at the bottom. I have previously advised of this, but nothing has been done about it. (So is this site only looking for 'happy' quotes?)”

“Had a quote that l was considering. When l rang back to confirm the person l spoke to while check everything was correct as to what l had filled in said the first quote was no longer available at that price but she found me a better offer for my needs that came out slightly cheaper. Also as l'am under going hospital treatment so not fully returned to work she said if l paid monthly then when l get back on my feet l could pay remainder off as l usually pay annually. Customer service was exceptional”

“Kate was very helpful finding best value but whole process was spoiled by this company making a charge for the use of a debit card for payment. This was only revealed at the end of the process and is disappointing, never been charged this by other companies. If they maintain this unfair and profiteering policy, will go elsewhere in the future.”

Unfortunately we apply charges for debit and credit cards due to the charges we receive from our sponsoring banks. We do absorb most of these fees ourselves, however to ensure we keep our quotes as competitive as we can for the good of all of our customers, we regrettably have to pass a small part of these fees onto yourselves.This is not a profiteering policy and we do constantly monitor these charges and do keep these to a minimum.

“Professional service ticking all the boxes but I have one issue. It took 10 to 15 minutes to renew an existing policy. Surely you should be able to accept the customer informing you that there have been no changes to any details in the last year. Why not simply accept the returned "signed" documents that have been checked.”

“quick response to the phone with prompt calls back which were made by the same person and the right person if some one else was needed. Good quote reviews and evaluations of the various benefit advantages of each insurer and extras for the cost. Also the relative risks against one level of cover and another from each policy.”
