The process of researching the best cover of insurance is time consuming and requires a lot of consideration. Hannah certainly helped by being clear about options without overselling. A had a little difficulty receiving all the documents straight away but by ringing again this was quickly resolved.

My only "gripe" is that the company relies too heavily on phone communication which is not always convenient. For some people email is the preferred option but I had to get quite insistent before the company would stop phoning and used email as I had requested.

The process to chase up payments before their due date is excellent. My only concern was when paying for the insurance over the telephone and confirming verbally the total cost to be taken from the debit card, that upon receipt of the transaction, those figures differed and I was charged more. I was not informed that there would be a .5% charge for using a debit card (surely paying by cheque costs the company more?) I was informed of the 2% charge for a visa card and therefore declined to use this option. I then had to contact the person to ensure this was corrected immediately.

The email asking for feedback was addressed to a Mr and Mrs Smith, this is not our name! It is ironic that you ask for feedback but can't get the name correct.

Initially I received a higher auto renewal price but after contacting the insurer they found me a better deal, but still a slightly higher price than last year due to insurance premium tax rising. Overall a good service and would recommend to anyone.

The process was quick and simple and made easier by the very helpful advisor who was very friendly. I didnt know much about insurance and I felt daft asking some of the questions but she was very knowledgable and patient and answered all of my questions. The price was great and saved me over £60 from my home insurance renewal with my bank and as result I have already reccomended Aim4agreatquote to a family member and would do the same to anybody thinking of using them. One thing I will say is the documents can be quite confusing but I called up and again I was helped through the process and been advised that they are also in the process of changing the documents to be more customer friendly. Very good experience.

I was very surprised at the number of documents I was sent, obviously impossible for a normal working person to read it all. The list of exclusions is ridiculously long and pretty much defeats the object of insurance which of course is peace of mind and financial security in the event of an accident. Terminology and names of documents used in emails needs to match that used on documents exactly otherwise it is confusing. I was really impressed by the speed of response to emails, very efficient.

the person dealing with my inquiry was very thorough, sounded very professional..a big plus, she was working on bank holiday! I was disappointed to be charged more than was advertised on the internet site I had used to compare.I wanted the extra accidental and legal cover, When i challenged the amount was told i had a better deal... remains a bit sour.... I also stated i haven't received the paperwork to read through and sign..was told to look;still haven't received four days later so will have to ring again.
