“quick response to the phone with prompt calls back which were made by the same person and the right person if some one else was needed. Good quote reviews and evaluations of the various benefit advantages of each insurer and extras for the cost. Also the relative risks against one level of cover and another from each policy.”

“Telephone manner was pleasant and price agreed on met my expectations. The number of contacts/attempts at renewal was a little annoying but I can understand the need to follow up a sale. Overall happy with the service and hope that I don't need to test them with a claim.”

“Generally very good at finding very cheap quotes that still give you proper buildings and contents cover and for this they come highly recommend. Their insistence on including an optional £25 claims assistance every year which I have to call up and remove is a little trying. Some minor tweaks to the policy also seemed to go missing and require additional calls which is a shame. But on the whole very professional.”
