“The dehumidifier purchase was made in the hope that it will cure the condensation and mold .Its success can only be estimated over the coming winter. The positive results I.e. Power usage have been very welcome, it has been very low. Being able to read the fall in humidity so quickly is a also a big advantage. Reg Anstice”

“The dehumidifier I received is working perfectly. The only problem is that I never received the FREE Digital Weather Station which should be provided with it despite two emails I sent with NO ANSWER !”

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Sorry for the trouble you have had getting through we are looking at an answering service solution for overflow calls. Our lines are open from 8am - 5.30pm and we tend to get a lot of calls from 11am - 3pm. Calling outside of these times will usually get you through straight away. I have found your order on our system and will ensure that you have a weather station in the next few working day. “advertised stock which they did not have and next day delivery which they did not do! Did not call me or email despite me using paypal and all my details being available. It took many times to get through on the phone to find this all out. would not advise using this company as you cannot believe the website. Companies like this should be removed from the internet”

“Made the order 2 weeks ago, they debited my account. No contact from them since. I’ve sent an email and phoned them twice, eventually getting through to someone, who said the fan would be sent direct from the manufacturer, despite their website saying (and still saying) that the product is in stock. They promised they’d ring me back to explain what was happening with the order. I’ve received no call backs though. Reading the other reviews; It seems little has changed since they were taken over. My advice would be to buy from somewhere else!”

“The dehumidifier duly arrived but NOT the weatherstation as advertised!! After 3 separate phone calls and numerous apologies and promises to correct this it has still not arrived although they are still advertising this accessory.”

“10 days and counting since I ordered a dehumidifier. No contact since. No one answered their 7 day phone lines. Or the message I left on their website. Or the email I sent them. Or the tweet to their @dehumidifiersuk handle. Their customer service webpage is Latin gibberish. I will be cancelling in a couple of days unless this is sorted.”
