We had a problem with what we ordered and it was swiftly sorted out and resolved. Fantastic products at a very competitive price.

Without doubt the worst online firm I have come across. Since ordering and paying for the dehumidifier ten days ago, I have made 10 phone calls - all unanswered- , left 2 messages and made 1 e-mail to which I have had no reply. I am beginning to think the worst!

On behalf of the team here at DehumidifiersUK please allow me to apologise for the recent changes that have effected a very small number of customers. DehumidifiersUK was recently acquired by Ashtead Plant Hire Co Ltd (A-Plant) which involved a complete migration/ integration of the business. The staff here worked around the clock to fulfil all outstanding orders before a predicted down time of 4-5 weeks. Unfortunately, five orders couldn’t be processed in time and the staff had very limited access to the facilities from the week commencing the 11th April. This was one of the orders caught up in the changes. All the effected orders were issued with a refund in full. Ordered a dehumidifier Friday 8th April and was told it was going to be here on Monday 11th it did not arrive I thought oh well it will prob come tomorrow it never arrived I called the company on Wednesday they said they would look into it & call me back I'm still waiting tried calling Thursday only to get answer phone & the same again on Friday left message to be called back they didn't call & I have also emailed with no reply I would definitely not recommend anyone to use this company the customer service is discussing & I am looking into getting my money back very disatified

Made a phone call staff were very helpful informative answered all my questions, as regards to my dehumidifier even suggesting the latest model was better and same price, bought that arrived by courier who sent me a text message within an hour of delievery, excellent. The dehumidifier has worked well and quietly out of the box since arrival. Excellent service will have no problem using them again.

Excellent advice on the best dehumidifier to buy for a holiday home that is left empty throughout the winter and ordering system simple and delivered next day. Perfect really! I have never used Dehumidifiersuk before but would recommend that after my excellent experience.

Ordered a heater a week ago, informed it was shipped the next day.. Nothing received, and no reply to the email I sent.. I will be contacting my credit card company if don't hear from them in the next day .. Update.. I contacted sales by phone to find that my emails had gone in their spam folder, I was informed that the courier had lost the delivery and that a replacement would be sent out for next day delivery. I have now received the heater only to find that it has obviously been a returned item, the box had be re-taped and the instructions were creased and stamped with a circular ring shaped stain, consistent with that of a mug of coffee. I have inserted the battery for the timer back-up but the unit still reports a flat battery.. since I wont be using the timer I'm not going to waste anymore time with this company. When you do phone this company, references are made to Appliances Online.. I do wander if its all the same group, I will be staying away from Heaters UK, Dehumidifiersuk & AO in the future...

Thank you for the review. We have since spoken about the first heater that we sent out that was lost in transit. Unfortunately we were unaware of this as your emails did not reach us. A new heater was promptly dispatched yesterday and upgraded free of charge to a Saturday AM delivery for your convenience. As you mentioned on the telephone, you would be willing to leave a positive review due to the way this has been dealt with if it were possible at this stage. Terrible customer service, dehumidifier was faulty on delivery, treated with great suspicion by Rob in the customer care team who treated me like an idiot, calls not returned with in time promised. When we returned the equipment they confirmed the fault and sent another unit

hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that your communications with our customer care team has left you feeling that way. I have had the pleasure of working with Rob for the last 8 years and I am sure that he wouldn't have intended to come across that way. He has a proven track record for fantastic customer services and will usually return calls very promptly. I will be making Rob aware of your feedback, I am sure that the next time you call our team your experience will be much more pleasant. Our standard procedure on the rare occasion that a product arrives faulty would be to arrange a collection and replace the product at your convenience. In this instance the dehumidifier had taken a knock in transport damaging the fan internally. Our records show that you reported the issue on the 4th April 2016, we arranged the collection with DPD and a new unit was sent out on the 6th for delivery on the 7th. Chris mentioned that you had a conversation with him regarding the replacement and you seemed happy with the way things had been dealt with. You have a two year warranty in the BR8D, if there is anything else we can do for you please feel free to call me directly on 01619261252 or call the office on 01619268855. I am very happy with the dehumidifier, my only problem is as follows. I sent you an email soon after receiving the item to tell you I also ordered and paid for , a length of pipe to allow the dehumidifier to run continuously if required. To date I have received neither the pipe or a refund. Could you please deal with this matter as soon as possible. Thank you, Ray Grimshaw.

Didn't arrive when it was supposed to was four days late cost me money to hire a replacement bad communication from salesman reassured me it would arrive on time when I called on the morning it was supposed to arrive asking for a tracking number was told would receive one would get called back no callback did not arrive on time supposed to be delivered on Friday did not arrive until Tuesday morning at a 7:45 with no phone call to let me know when I pacifically asked to be called by delivery company before delivery all in all in all not happy

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We genuinely appreciate any feedback we receive because it gives us an opportunity to look in to any issues and improve our customer experience. The delivery of these marquee heater is usually next working day and a very reliable service. In this particular case there was an initial delay as the courier had reported a discrepancy over the address. On April 4th at 15:05 the courier advised us that you have been contacted and that the delivery had been arranged for Tuesday 5th. At that point the member of out customer services team considered the matter closed. To stop this happening in the future I have requested that our customer care team follow up with the customer even if the matter seems to have been resolved by a 3rd party. I purchased this dehumidifier to put in a timber shed where I keep my motorcycle. Up until now the bike has been dripping with condensation. Not any more it's not, I have been emptying the dehumidifier every day and just fitted the external drain. I'm happy to say the bike is now dry along with all the other items in the shed, the damp feeling has gone...

Delivery was on time in November 2014, although the dehumidifier came with a free weather station that never turned up. I have called up 3 times and emailed 4 times, when speaking with customer services every time I got an apology and said they will send it. The emails were a waste of time also as not reply. Its now April 2015 and I still have not received the weather station.

Hi, I am glad to hear that the delivery was on time and I assume that the unit is working well for you. We had an unexpected delay in the replacement stock of the weather stations arriving in which led to a 2 week build up of orders that needed weather stations sending on. This has never happened before and it was managed as best as it possibly could be. It actually turned out to be a much bigger 'manual' task than anyone anticipated due high demand during this two week period. I am sure that the member of staff you spoke to would have given you an accurate reflection of the situation at the time of the call. We have a healthy level of stock of the weather stations now and never be in this situation again. Please can you provide your order number and I will make sure that a weather station has been sent.
