“Bit of a delay on my order that I had to call up to chase. But they were very helpful on the phone. Item arrived safely as expected and was best price I could find.”

“Very happy with this purchase. Has different interesting settings. I left the deshumidifier in my cellar and I just remove the drawer. I haven't worked out how it costs electricity wise though. I'm always impressed by the amount of water it can remove in a few hours!”

“I originally ordered an Electrolux dehumidifier. After waiting a week with no delivery I chased them up only to be told that this particular model was no longer available. It had been a mistake on their part to display it on the website. Instead I was offered a Meaco 20-litre machine, (Which? magazine's top-rated item) for the same price as the Electrolux. That was, in effect, a £20 discount. It arrive promptly three days later and is giving me excellent service. The Meaco is a cracker. Apart from that bit of inefficiency, Dehumidifiers UK did well.”

“First rate service and excellent value! I needed a dehumidifier for the basement of our cottage, where there are two bedrooms and a kitchenette. I looked at several on the website and found lots of useful information but still didn't have confidence in myself to choose the right one, so I phoned for advice. My call was answered by a very helpful guy who talked through my options and guided me to make my selection. It arrived the following day and has been working well ever since.”

“This is the third de-humidifier that we had over a period of 12 years and far by the best. Our original de-humidifier (expensive circa £400) which we purchased just over 12 years ago was very good and did reduce the double glazed window condensation during the winter periods down to an acceptable level. The original machine was classed as un-economical to repair after 10 years of good service, due to our experience with this company we decided to purchase another machine with a similar specification. The second de-humidifier was not a patch on our original and after a few service visits with no satisfaction we decided to purchase another manufacturer completely. After doing my homework and reviewing a lot of websites like this one we the purchased this machine and all I can say is "it does what it says on the box". We do not have an acceptable level of condensation, we do not have any condensation at all on any windows. The de-humidifier at first was removing 10 - 12 litres per day, it is now removing 6 - 7 litres per day and the house feels a lot fresher as well. Excellent de-humidifier and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.”

“I contacted the team before purchase to ensure that the dehumidifier I was purchasing was the one I needed. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and went through what it was being purchased for so that I was sure it was the one for the job. The Eco Air DD122 MINI 6 litre desiccant dehumidifier arrived on time and was quick and easy to set up and use. This unit was purchased for a small flat and used to dry clothes instead of an expensive to run tumble drier. So far no complaints.”

“Excellent quick delivery the issue is the dehumidifier has a funny smell all the time it is running ,and never turns off automatically like previous dehumidifiers I have had.i suspect this will be expensive to run.i am considering getting a different model for one that switches on and off automatically when correct humidity is reached.the company and website are excellent it is the dehumidifier not happy with.”

“Bought a dehumidifier of these guys a few months ago. Great info prior to purchase and very happy with service, delivery and product. Been running it after a big water leak and has done a good job of both drying and reducing humidity to a normal level. Very good thanks”
