“I had a pretty simple issue with my Alienware Area‑51 18, and because I’m working with a Dell Executive Case Manager, things escalated in the best way possible. They ended up upgrading me to another Area‑51 18 with better specs than what I originally bought. My first configuration had the basic keyboard, the 275HX processor, the Ultra 9 RTX 5080, 32GB of 6400 RAM, a 300Hz display, the standard 2MP HD webcam, and a 1TB short M.2 SSD. Dell replaced it with a model that includes the 8MP webcam, the Cherry MX Low‑Profile mechanical keyboard, 64GB of RAM, and a 2TB SSD. The storage upgrade didn’t matter much since I already run 4TB, but everything else was a huge bonus. When I say Dell has the best customer care, I mean it. All of these upgrades cost me nothing, and they even waived the Advanced Exchange hold—no credit card on file, no hassle. They shipped the new laptop first, and I just sent the old one back afterward”

“By carrying Great Accessories! MY REVIEW: Alurateks 4KHD Webcam 5x Digital Zoom & Dual Stereo Noise Cancelling Mics. – Purchased through Dell accessories I love this Camera!!! I give it 5 stars!!! I had initially purchased another webcam but it was not compatible with my new OS unit –so I used it on my old unit. But THIS camera…OMG it is so cool. You can see the HD difference with the click of a button and it has its own “camera shield” for privacy, mounts super easy and stable on the monitor with all kinds of angles available. It can also be used on my light ring easel and other easels…and it also has a wonderful noise cancelling microphone that really cancelled my background landscaper noise! Wow!!! I am so happy I bought this Aluratek Camera and highly recommend it.”

“Previusly, I was attended to by Ms. Cheeryze Tan of Dell S'pore Vivo City outlet and I was not sure whether to buy the Vostro 5320 as the resolution at 2560 x 1600 seemed to me was rather high for a 13.2 inches laptop and might affect the text of MS word document. However, on 8 Sept, 2022 I visited the shop again and Mr. Chuck used his laptop and showed me the high resolution will not affect the text of the MS word document. He allowed me to do the review with his working laptop! Mr. Chuck was able to clear my doubt and won me over and I was able to make the commitment there and then to buy the Vostro 5320. Mr. Chuck was very patient and spent a lot of time answering my questions professionally! Thank you Mr. Chuck, you are a keeper and valuable employee of DELL!”

“I needed a loan for a business deal but I got denied because of my poor credit history, so I checked up some reviewed available offers for various micro-finance credit repair organisations to help me improve my credit. I stumbled on a particular name numerous times so it was easy and safe to pick him. In 16 days, he was able to erase all derogatory remarks and a few collections on my profile. “First time I purchased a Dell product was more than a decade ago and I was overly impressed with product quality and service. Nothing has changed. Dell offers product quality, excellent service and value for money. The G7 laptop arrived within a few days. Software up to date, no problems at all. The overall quality of this unit is excellent and performed flawlessly in line with its specifications. It took only 2 minutes over the phone to request and arrange a specific delivery date.”

“I received my Dell computer in the mail and it worked just fine, but within a few days, the audio started acting funny. I’m not illiterate with computers and how they work, but I spent a couple of days trying to find the problem. Nothing worked! So I finally called Dell and a very nice customer support lady helped me through the process. Within about an hour a lot of questions, my computer was back, up and running, and putting like a silent kitten. I really appreciated their help, patience and clarity throughout the entire process. I know it depends on who your call is routed to, but I had a very wonderful experience. 10/10 reccommend.”

“I ordered a laptop 3in1 device from Dell. It took a couple of weeks to arrive because they had to build it for me. I was kept updated with progress and knew when to expect delivery. I've had the device for a few months now and couldn't be happier. It was easy to set up and it is very easy to use. It think it is great, better than my employer provided laptop!”
