“Not a good experience.
I ordered a gear indicator for a 2014 Triumph Tiger Sport from their website.
I entered the year and model of the bike and the webpage said in big bold letters “This part fits your current vehicle:
Triumph Tiger Sport 1050 2014” unfortunately after receiving and fitting this part it turns out that it was not the correct part and was in fact for a much earlier Triumph Tiger that did not have ABS.
When I contacted Demon Tweeks and pointed out that their webpage was wrong, their answer was to check the webpage and point out that in much less noticeable print than the “This part fits your current vehicle:
Triumph Tiger Sport 1050 2014” it said “Non-ABS Models”. I then pointed out that Triumph did not make a Tiger Sport without ABS and that their website directed me to this product.
Their answer was “ this is your problem, not ours”
It seems that they will cling to any excuse rather than provide good customer service - there are plenty more bike accessories retailers around.”
“Sick of ordering parts that supposedly fit my bmw, even after calling to double check they fit, to once again receive parts that don't fit my car. This place is a joke u wait weeks on a supposedly 3 day delivery. DONT RECOMMEND YOU BUY BMW PARTS FROM HERE.”

Ordered 2 sets of tyres that was advertised as set 1 immediately ready for dispatch, set 2 dispatched in 5 days. Chased said tyres up after 7 days to be told they'll be another week. Asked about the set that was ready to be dispatched to be told they were waiting for the 2nd set. 1000% NO customer service.”
“Where do I even begin, purchased a set of H&R twin tube coilovers for my car about 1 year ago now. The problems I have had with this "quality product" is appalling! First off fitting them. when I fitted the rear bump stop to the top of the rear shock it snapped off so had to get that sorted and well that was a mess about in its self. Then a few months later my front shocker starts to knock so I get told to take them all off again and send away to them! So not only have I taken them off in my own time it just cause's stress and hassle. So when they finally decided to come and pick them up it must take them month's to get them back when I was told a few weeks. And they didn't even know where they was in there warehouse! So when I do finally receive them back all "checked" and ready to go again I put them back on my car about 5 months later.. and to my surprise I have just had my car on the ramp and the rear shock is knocking. Never have I pushed the car to its limits. Neither the shocks. Never has it been round a race track. Barely do any miles in a year due to living so close to work. Then get told there out of warranty. What kind of product have you sold me. I haven't forked of £750 to be so disappointed in a product and company in my life. If I wanted a cheap product I would of brought a set JOM blueline coilovers or Stance Plus! Wouldn't even waste you're time with this company. There customer service has been appalling in my opinion and I should of went to another company to spend my money. I hope people learn from this review.

“Ordered a couple of extralube zx1 items on August 1st and the order was made and said it was in stock and then a day or two later i got an email saying item was dispatched but never received anything and after weeks 3 of receiving nothing i sent them an email to complain but says order wasn't in stock when order was made even though it says it was and trying to explain to them why did i get a dispatched email and to be honest they are just not helpful at all and just rhyming off rubbish reply emails and i still haven't got them items and its nearly the middle of September.”
“I ordered a motorcycle tyre nearly a month ago now. On selecting the page for the pirelli diablo tyre I wanted I noted out of stock, but the tyre size was wrong so I put in the size I wanted and hey presto it said in stock, so I ordered.
Five days later I sent an email asking if demon tweeks would tell me when I could expect delivery.
Two days later no reply, so I rang demon tweeks and each time my call was cut off after two rings.
This was being done by them.
I tried a different number, the same thing happened. Went back to their website and noted that my tyre size now carried the message "34 days delivery"
That wasn't there when I ordered.
So sent "another" email explaining I needed the tyre urgently and if it arrived in seven days then that was okay, if not I was cancelling a d I wanted a refund. Two weeks later,no reply, no refund, nothing from demon tweeks. I have dealt with them previously and had no problems, but.. that wasn't tyres!!!
Today I notified them of court action as in a small claims court action, which will happen on Friday, and once I have paid for the claim action I told them no negotiation... It goes to court.
I am appalled by demon tweeks total distain, ignorance and dismissive attitude. Well my bike contacts are considerable, all my family are bikers, the word about demon tweeks is traveling. Nothing negative, just don't rely on them, don't trust them. It's amazing, their ads indicate five stars...they are lying....look at their trustpilot score.... abysmal!!!!!
It appears they are a truely awful company..... will add to this as time goes on.”
“Definately not the company they used to be. Ordered Bilstein shock absorbers for 1996 Series II 6 series BMW over 6 months ago, took over 2 months to deliver with no explanation or appology for time delay. That was the start, when finally arrived, Shocks were for SI and dont fit SII. They admitted their mistake and asked to get a quote for return, then once found the price all the stalling and lies began. To this date all I have received is more lies and and continual stalling and no resolution just hollow promises, and a car still undrivable with collapsed suspension. Spread the word, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY if you want honest dealing”
“Absolutely disgusting company and the people who work there are the worst kind i ever come across i spend £1000 on brand new alloys plus tyres i asked them to fit and include new tyres because i did not want the tyres fitted at a local garage who might damage the alloys well well well what a shambles they delivered them and the alloys have scratched all around the lip of the alloy clearly done by the machine that fits tyres i called them and i get fobbed off by an absolute C**NT and he tried to tell me i only had 48hrs after receiving my alloys to complain or bring up any issues!!! No way thats not what the law states so im taking these lot to court how dare they sell me brand new alloys which i paid nearly £1000 for them to be damaged and scratched hell no and i will do what it takes in my power to get these F**ckers dealt with accordingly!!! People do not buy anything from this site and if you read the reviews looks like im not the only person who has had an experience from hell from these lot STAY AWAY DO NOT SPEND A PENNY ON THESE SCAMMING BASTARDS!!!!”
“Bought tyres what was in stock and ready for dispatch. Then told not Instock and would have to wait .... rang up to change at 17:00 ...got passed to sales at 17:10 left on hold for 3 hours saying will be answered soon and I was first in the que to find out myself that the staff finished at 17:30. All I got was sorry. And the email response times. Your looking at days maybe even starting to go into weeks for a response....

“Have now had 4 sets of alloys all have had corrosion problems within a year and now demon tweeks will not honor another set even though under the goods act, they say you only get warranty from day one not with every set of wheels that have only lasted 6mths before corrosion sets in again. Woukd never buy from this company again.”
“Purchased ebc discs and pads and put my reg in on the website saying it fits my vehicle. As soon as I fitted them I found they weren’t big enough. Contacted demon tweets and 4 months later they have told me they can now supply me the bigger discs that should be fitted on my car for £230 which they want me to pay for even though these are not sufficiently enough for the car. The other option they gave me was a £50 credit. Never buy from demon tweeks”
“Like some before their delivery system is rubbish I paid extra for express delivery 2-3 days 5 days later (today) product has still not arrived. Apparently I should have known the delivery time was from when the received the goods. In essence I paid for something they didn't have. Had to postpone my MOT. You would think that with so many poor revues they would action retraining of the team and a review of how they advertise products.”
“I ordered a pair of Maxxis M7313 / M7314 tyres and Michelin inner tubes on August 1st.
With no notification of shipping by the 10th August, I contacted their customer service team. Received the auto-reply-bot answer, so called them by phone.
They had no real idea when they would receive the front tyre from their supplier, so they agreed to cancel the order and process a PayPal refund straight away, so I could source elsewhere.
Previous experience has shown that refunds can be initiated straight away and the email notifications appear almost immediately.
When nothing happened the following day and based on the way the call was handled, I reported a problem to PayPal. I then received several messages asking me to close the PayPal query, so they could then process the refund.
When I explained that I would lose my payment protection if I closed it (you can't then re-open it), they continued to press me to close it.
I phoned PayPal to get some advice and PayPal themselves escallated it to a claim, which was investigated and found in my favour.
Overall, a really off-putting experience, especially their push for me to effectively give up my payment protection, whilst sitting on £190 of my money.
They have been around for a long time but something has gone very wrong with their customer service.”
“The most horrendous customer experience ive had to date. I purchased a £1000 helmet from Demon Tweeks and the helmet is defective. It was sent back to DT for them to asses and resolve the issue in November 2020. Not long after DT receiving the helmet it was lost after they had sent it on to the supplier. Here we are 6 months later and they still are unable to acknowledge it is their fault and replace the helmet. Every time I call i get told they need more time to understand what has happened and what to do and that someone will call me the following day. Im still yet to receive any of these promised calls and im without a helmet to race with! Shocking!!!!”
“Absolute shambles of a company, ordered some Bilsteins with a lead time of 10 days, told the garage keep the car on the side ill have the bits in 10 days, no email to confirm delivery time, no replies to emails, managed to get throught to customer service who said theres a delay.. of 7 weeks!! Pathetic excuse saying we were too busy to reply to your emails.. and the icing on the cake the interest free option now looks a mistake as if i cancel the credit search will remain on there. What a bunch of cowboys! Avoid!”
“Avoid like the plague. They’ll send you another customers order and then blame you for their mistake. They’ll then expect you to take a holiday from your work to sit at home and wait for parcel force to come and uplift said order. If you miss the collection due to being a work, they’ll threaten to use legal action. Absolute joke of a company with no customer service skills what so ever. Better of just going straight to the supplier and cut out the middle man. Unless you can deal with the hassle of their own mistakes.”
