They were supposed to deliver my order by 12 August and hasn't even been dispatched. When I asked for the order to be cancelled magically, they said it was being shipped that day.
Few days after that the are telling me the order is ready to be dispatched.
They have removed items from my order, changed the delivery dates a couple of times, lied in every email.
Shame on their standards and not care for their customers.”

Shoes tried on while sat on a sofa and steps taken on carpet. Emailed customer service, they consistently showed me absolute indifference. Check out their Instagram and Facebook accounts and see the number and variety of complaints from customers presumably exasperated by banging theirs heads against a wall dealing with the customer service.”

They do not respond to emails.
They sent the components I ordered with key parts missing - significantly not as described & returned for refund.
Two months later and after raising dispute case with PayPal, they provided a refund on the last day allowed by PayPal. They didn't refund the original postage even though it was their error.
Impossible to deal with a company who do not respond to emails.
Save the hassle & AVOID.

Cost me £16.00. And requested the refund. Was told will get refund 10 to 15 days after the shoe arrived. No refund. I sent them tracking details Royal Mail. The problem with this company is that there is no proper coordination between sales and customer service. Asking the same question. After several messages they refunded me.The sales shouldn't be the only primary motive of a company,it must have a comprehensive customer service that will provide customer satisfaction that in itself will increase sales. Try to understand that.”

“I ordered a Reebok step, and weeks later I received from Deporvillage an 80kg box full of strange metal things, no idea what they are, I injured my back trying to drag it into my garage, Deporvillage are impossible to get hold of, there’s no way I’m paying money to return an 80kg package full of weird stuff to Spain, and I don’t even know how I’d remove it from my garage! The Package come open, the box is tear all one side, and put two sticker that don't hold things to come out!. I could see the items whiteout opening, the box its in bad condition
I ask the delivery guy to wait 5 min to check the order on my laptop and to count what he bring
I prefer to get all my 6 items!!! or you can refund me!!!
Its risky to work like that, I pay lots of money for items that my don't come because bad packaging?
I refuse to sing for package because I am afraid there is not all inside, delivery guy didn't what to wait me to cheek the items, he sad he will come tomato again.

“I placed an order for a kettlebell on the 28/3 expecting as delivery on the 2/4. Thursday came and went with no delivery - appreciate current situation with COVID etc so didn't make a fuss. The system updated to say expected delivery 3/4.. I looked on the order tracker and it notes that the order has been in Belgium since 01/4... to this point I called and spoke to someone on the help desk (6/4) who said they would look into it and email me back. I did not receive an email. I called again today @ 13:13 GMT 07/04 and was told by " Maria" that nothing could be done until Friday. It was company policy to wait for a week and then either send out a new item IF a new one is in stock , or offer another product ( which is ridiculous ) or a refund. I asked if there was a possibility of a refund now to which Maria replied "NO" and that I had to wait until Friday. I said I would like to escalate the matter and she said there was no one for me to talk to and only to email. She refused to give me her last name so I could reference the call. I am very unimpressed as I am now without my money and without any product for almost 2 weeks!”
