Terribly process for returns. Results in extra cost for the customer and if the package handler loses the package they won't give the customer a refund. Horrible horrible horrible company.

One of two items delivery. No bike?? Status says it made it to East Midlands depo and no further... please can you get in touch. I don’t want it sent back after all this time waiting. I’ve paid in full same day. No bike :(

130 pound to the wind!!! (I am not the only one I can read, and read, complains and complains...) can say, DELIVERY COMPANY IS NOT CORRECT THAT'S : GLS Standard Delivery Order 900087499 But who package in "DeporVillage", he put to big box for 6 small items (I did not exept this broken-tear down box) Should I accept broken box and mining items in broken box??? THAT'S MY DILEMMA, BETTER TO TAKE SOMETHING THAN NOTHING? ARE YOU DOING REFUND??? The Package come open, the box is tear all one side, and put two sticker that don't hold things to come out!. I could see the items whiteout opening, the box its in bad condition I ask the delivery guy to wait 5 min to check the order on my laptop and to count what he bring I prefer to get all my 6 items!!! or you can refund me!!! Its risky to work like that, I pay lots of money for items that my don't come because bad packaging? I refuse to sing for package because I am afraid there is not all inside, delivery guy didn't what to wait me to cheek the items, he sad he will come tomato again. THANKS FOR READING MY STORY, i dont whnat this shiping compay: GLS Standard Delivery

I ordered in April and still not received order last tracking says in Spain on6/5/20 when you put tracking number in it still shows Spain and was this morning 27/5/20 I had a customer cancel because of it and lost money

Misinformed on the website bought an adults bike and child size arrive. Completely out of pocket for the last month and it is in bits in my room. It won't untighten, looks previously used and I've mistakenly thrown the box away to get it into my third floor London flat. Apparently this make for another week of delayed response over email. A keyworker in need of a bike. Horrific service! Do not buy from Deporvillage.

Ordered on the 18th April still nothing arrived 25/05/2020 . On their web page on my account they have the parcel delivered on 18/05/2020 . This company doesn’t care they will take your money and run.

Very bad site false information no emails back to my relpys bought weights and never got my full order I orderd 1x2.5kg dumbells and 2x8kg dumbells.these dont come cheap.on this site.paid true pay pal I'm 3 or more weeks now still waiting on my order dhl arrived with 1x2.5kg dumbell said no other order came to them.and they waited to see but notting arrived I'm not going to.let up till I get my money back I would advise anybody not to waste there time and money on this site stay away tjeres alot of bad reviews

I placed an order for a kettlebell on the 28/3 expecting as delivery on the 2/4. Thursday came and went with no delivery - appreciate current situation with COVID etc so didn't make a fuss. The system updated to say expected delivery 3/4.. I looked on the order tracker and it notes that the order has been in Belgium since 01/4... to this point I called and spoke to someone on the help desk (6/4) who said they would look into it and email me back. I did not receive an email. I called again today @ 13:13 GMT 07/04 and was told by " Maria" that nothing could be done until Friday. It was company policy to wait for a week and then either send out a new item IF a new one is in stock , or offer another product ( which is ridiculous ) or a refund. I asked if there was a possibility of a refund now to which Maria replied "NO" and that I had to wait until Friday. I said I would like to escalate the matter and she said there was no one for me to talk to and only to email. She refused to give me her last name so I could reference the call. I am very unimpressed as I am now without my money and without any product for almost 2 weeks!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with... NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! 3 weeks still no parcel.. money was taken out my account ASAP though

Dismal customer service; delivery is anything but express this is a road freight delivery service, which was confirmed by the courier company they use, GLS. Road freight delivery in itself is not an issue, but don't advertise and CHARGE for EXPRESS delivery when it is clearly not. I have chased my order for 12 days now with absolutely NO response from the deporvillage customer service team. Will not be using again - suspect I am not alone in my approach; expect that initial growth upswing to come to a grinding halt deporvillage as people learn their lesson and do not offer repeat business.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DEPORVILLAGE.COM I ordered a single piece of sports equipment on Dec 1st, it is now the 19th. I have received no updates, the status has not changed on their site. They have not responded to any of the 10 emails I have sent for updates or information. DEPORVILLAGE MAY BE A SCAM. I plan to report them to my credit agency because they will not even respond to refund requests or cancellation requests.

If you want to try your luck with no after sales assistance and a lot of mockery, go ahead. If your item is defective, you rather keep it as it is, because after months of pushing, you will give up.
