“My warning to consumers is to be wary of shopping online at Dior because from my personal experience they do not value customer service and will find minuscule reasons to avoid issuing refunds. Worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. I returned a garment because the size was too small and once they received my package they denied me of my refund claiming hair and a smudge of dirt” on the garment. They proclaimed that the garment was too “used” and too “worn”. This of course upset me because it was completely false. The only time the garment was ever worn was to try it on once for 15 seconds at the most. I quickly realized it was too small and immediately placed it back into the box to ship out the next day. Speaking to Dior’s customer service MANAGER was a nightmare. They were very condescending and unwilling to help and would say things like “they are not a cleaning service and clothes have to be returned unworn in perfect condition”. Obviously people need to try the clothes on to make sure it fits. They were being very unreasonable. She showed ZERO concern when I shared with her my side of the story. She also did not provide for me any proof of the condition the garment “supposedly” arrived in. It was my word against theirs and too bad! I tried many times to explain to them that when I sent out the package there was absolutely NO dirt on it. She did not care to listen to me. I pleaded with her to be reasonable and her response was “ they are a luxury brand, not a reasonable brand” and kept repeating in a robotic tone their return policies. I left the phone conversation in tears. I have never been treated this poorly by a luxury brand customer service manager before. This was a horrible experience and I don’t wish it for anyone. I’m now out 1100$ and stuck with a sweater that doesn’t fit :(”

“I purchased the ring as a special present for my daughter’s graduation, who is nearly 24 for £280. The ring arrived, it was well packaged and had the message I had ordered. My daughter began to wear the ring. She diligently took it off before washing, sleeping or using creams. My daughter herself purchased similar ring for £17 and uses the exact same routine. I attach photos of your £280 pound ring and the £17 ring for comparison. I do not expect a ring for this amount of money to be creating green marks on the finger and loosing its coating. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.”

“I had really good customer service at Dior store inside David Jones Sydney. Staff Jasmine was very friendly and helpful, she tried to help me to find the item. I bought a perfect gift and very nice experience.”

“I am really disappointed with the customer service that I received from Dior. I ordered for next day delivery and did not receive it the next day, when I came to contact the online customer service they were no help and they had no manners. I expect so much more from such a big company. Will not be ordering again and I do not recommend ordering from Dior.”

“I have always used Dior fragrance and I requested a sample of the the new Miss Dior and it arrived today and an added bonus Dior Sauvage which is bloody gorgeous my son wears this ... am just disappointed with the new formula of the new Miss Dior as its too floral for me.... I REALLY WISH THEY DIDNT MESS ABOUT WITH THE ORIGINAL FORMULA am 48 now and always wore it in my 20s but now I cannot get hold of the original fragrance which was sexy musky and gorgeous I was always complemented on wearing it ...but unfortunately DIOR have messed around with the formula too much and it's a NO from me ... sorry”

“Massively disappointed ... Ordered the Rouge Dior Minaudiere which I love ... However, last year when I ordered the Holiday lipstick collection, it came in a breathtakingly beautiful box, tied with a satin ribbon and a few little extras, such as a Dior make-up pouch ... I was blown away by the packaging last year ... This year, I am extra disappointed ...”

“Purchased Dior Homme....... So disappointed, it is nothing like the original. When did this change? unfortunately I bought 150ml size. It has absolutely no staying power at all. It is weak and has no depth. Smells wonderful for about thirty minutes and then almost completely disappears. I feel I have completely wasted the best part of £100.00. I note that Eau for men has also been discontinued?”

“I ordered shoes online. I tried on right shoe was to small. I returned for exchange for bigger size I was told the shoe I returned had dirt on them and they would not exchange them. I didn’t even try on the left shoe. Costumer service was horrible. DO NOT BUY ONLINE ITS A SCAM!!!”

“Absolutely disappointed with Online shopping. First they sent the wrong item. Then they didnt refund. I have been promised an invetsigation for over two month. Got nothing and all my emails are lately being ignored. Absolutely the worst experience. Never had this with any of the brands before. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE!”

“Every door experience I had was a disaster , the products were so dirty and when I asked for a refund the manager was so rude he even insulted my Arabian features , they are racist , they don’t support human rights, and their products had been going low quality and dirty lately which is understandable since they lost belle hadid 🖕🏻”
