Still waiting for the item having order it last Sunday and the payment has gone through our credit card account. Expect better from Direct Golf 2 pm 26/09/2015

95% of items I wanted to purchase was out of stock during the Sep20 promotion. Delivery for a pair of trousers and top was horrendously slow. Would be nice to get a text message saying my order was out for delivery. Yes ....I missed delivery fetching my children from school.

Absolutely terrible delivery service. Ordered gear from America the day after i ordered from Direct Golf. Gear from America has arrived, still waiting for my order from Direct Golf. Big thumbs down .

I ordered 3 items one of which was out of stock so I knew there would a delay fair enough The expected delivery date came and went with no delivery I waited a week and contacted DG They stated 2 items were now out of stock and there would be a further delay I asked if they would send me the one item that was in stock which they did and it came a couple of days later. Today I received one of the other 2 items but no sign or explanation of where the third item is. I will have to get in touch again to see where that is Order placed 21august expected delivery 2september now 25 sept and still waiting for third item

Ordered 3 items on Monday, new irons, new bag, new trolly, the first was delivered to the wrong address, the other 2 were on next day delivery and still haven't arrived and it's now friday, quite poor service, don't think I will be ordering over the phone in the future and will be cancelling my order for the trolly and bag if they don't turn up today

I order a few items via a gift token. I was told they would arrive by the Tuesday, as I was emigrating to Australia on the Wednesday. They hadn't arrived by the Wednesday lunchtime when I had to leave for the airport. I will now have the cost of having them forwarded to Australia.

I ordered two visors and 24 NXT Tour balls which had an offer of a free cap and divot repairer. The next day a delivery arrived which I thought was very efficient until I opened the package and found that the 24 balls were not enclosed. I then had to phone up and speak with Lisa, who was very helpful, and promised that the balls would be sent out within the next few days. Thankfully they have now duly arrived as promised!

I ordered a new Bushnell Laser Rangefinder and got sent what was obviously a customer return or demo model. Emails to the company have been ignored. Poor service.

The clubs are very nice, but i paid for next day delivery as i was going away and didn't get it. I got a couple of phone calls and an email from them the next day and It felt as if they were more interested in getting another £30 from me for fitting than getting the clubs to me on time. As i've said, i'm more than happy with the clubs but feel as if i should, at least, have the money i paid for the next day delivery refunded

Just bought 5 dozen Bridgestone balls advertised as buy a doz receive a free towel , only received one towel ! ! ! , these were bought as gifts for other people , very disappointed in Direct golf

Maybe good in UK, but not for non-UK customers. I have ordered Stuburt shoes of which soles are advertised as black and red, and the one I received were white and red. I have been told then "Please return the shoes through to our freepost address so you can avoid paying the postage costs to return". But the problem is the sales conditions say "non UK customers can’t use the Free Post returns address". So what can I do ? Returning the parcel via french postal service would cost me € 16,50 say close to £ 12, roughly a third of the shoes' value ! And since then my mails get the answer "this an automated response". This will be my only purchase to DirectGolf. Jackie Trotignon

As usual and to our never ending annoyance you deem us to be in the Highlands and Islands even though we live in the lowlands of Morayshire, where the Royal mail delivers daily at no extra charge and yet you charged carriage of £5.99 on an order of over £50 which you clearly deliver free to 90 % of Scotland. I doubt if you are aware how annoying that is even though we are rewarded with living in the best part of Britan that is no reason to charge an unnecessary surcharge - sort yourselves out as I and many others refrain from using you for that very reason. If you had dealt with this in the correct manner you would have got a 'very good' rating

I have used direct golf on a few occasions and this is the first time I have experienced problems. On 8/8/15 I placed a special phone order with Stuart Thomson for a set of Ping i25. The order process was good and Stuart did a thorough job making sure my specification was correct. Stuart explained it would take time for the order to be processed. I did not receive an e-mail confirming my order which would have helped. I heard nothing until 14/8/15 when I received an e-mail saying that my ordered item was not in stock and had been discontinued so would not be back in stock. I wasn't happy with the option of choosing another product or the fact that Direct golf were offering to credit my account instead of giving a full refund so I called customer services. Customer services informed me that the order was still in progress and that I would receive my clubs which had been ordered from the factory. The next contact I had was on 25/8/15 telling me my order had been dispatched. I received the order the next day as expected, however the order was completely wrong. I received a set of clubs with a different specification, which were also left handed. I contacted customer services the next day and was passed to Stuart, who told me the factory had mixed up two orders he had placed on the same day. I arranged to drop the clubs at the Reading store the next day so that I could get my clubs swapped and receive the correct set ASAP. The drop off was fine and the Reading store e-mailed to confirm I had returned the clubs. I e-mailed Stuart to confirm my order, which he did on 28/8/15. The e-mail said my new clubs would probably be sent the following Tuesday. The next e-mail I received was on 3/9/15 telling me my order had been returned and to allow 24 hours for my credit to be allocated to the transaction. I called the customer services team who told me it was an automated e-mail and my clubs were still on order and were due for delivery on the following Monday (today). Stuart also e-mailed on 3/9/15 to apologise for the delay and to confirm the clubs would be delivered on the Monday. I got the next dispatch e-mail on 5/9/15 (Sat) and the correct clubs have now been delivered today 7/9/15(Mon). The whole process took 30 days from order to delivery which was a lot longer than expected. The e-mails saying my order was being cancelled also added to the confusion and frustration of the whole process. I do think when you take special orders over the phone it would be a good idea to confirm the order via e-mail. When I received the incorrect order I was worried that I didn't actually have written confirmation of what I had ordered. The only positive was the staff were helpful when I contacted them by phone and were able to sort some of the issues, but not the time it took which was frustrating. As previously stated I have used Direct Golf before with no issues so this is my first complaint. Based on this experience I will probably not use online ordering with Direct golf for purchasing clubs again. Apologies for the long e-mail but I thought it would be helpful for you to get the full story and take any action to make sure the errors are not repeated for other customers. Regards Liam Buchanan

I have used Direct Golf for the majority of my golfing purchases however, I am not always satisfied with their delivery and on More than one occasion they have been let down on their next day delivery service. Having paid a premium for next day delivery on more then one occasion they have failed to deliver on More then one occasion. Competitive prices, poor delivery, good customer service. Just don't be in a hurry to get your goods.

I was disappointed with the quality of the pro v golf balls I recived only 4 out of 12 were actually pro v the rest were prov x1 I feel let down

I ordered a club using the bank holiday promotion, making this choice over other suppliers. Disappointingly I received an email much later in the week stating that it was out of stock and there was no alternative but to receive a refund.
