Made my order on the 26/9 and I'm still waiting a week later.

Hi, I am very disappointed with the delivery of my order of the 25th September, which I believe you dispatched on Wednesday 30th, as of today I have not had any further information or tracking details from your courier to inform me when I can expect delivery of the goods paid for 8 days ago. I trust you will chase my order up on my behalf as part of this feedback and inform me of the likely delivery date please. Regards Ian Rayworth

Still have not received product after 7 days. Tracking system doesn't work, customer phone line doesn't work. No idea where product is or if even coming at all.

1 of the items I ordered was not in stock, so I was given a date of which to expect the order, that date passed without the goods or any contact at all from direct golf to explain why. I did not hear anything until I contacted them, was then given expected new date.. and same thing happened again, date passed without goods or any contact from them...to be fair they have been useless. I don't mind the fact the goods are delayed/late it does happen, but the least to expect in this day and age is a e mail or text/call from them as soon as this date passes... funny how they don't forget to take the payment money from your account though

This was the second time i had used Direct Golf for prizes for my charity golf day's. The first one was in July and went well , everything arriving very quickly. I had organised one on behalf of my Rotary Club last Friday (25th September) and the Prizes arrived Monday (28th) - despite being ordered two weeks previously! Also having chased the order twice. It resulted in me last minute rushing out to source the prizes, anyone who has organised such days would appreciate the hassle! Will perhaps have to re-think for next years golf day's.

I ordered my golf clubs with a sales adviser and I had them custom made. They sent me a dispatch number to track my clubs, only to find out the tracking was for 6 golf balls not my clubs. I called customer services but they couldn't find my shipment on the system and told me I had to wait until Monday to speak to the supervisor so he could tell me when to expect the clubs being delivered. I would expect a company of your size to keep this sort of information on the system. I had the order number but they still couldn't help me. Very poor!

I ordered a Gps watch and some balls on Wednesday evening with next day delivery and expected to receive these on Friday before we departed for a golf holiday first thing on Saturday. When nothing arrived and the parcel could not be tracked through parcel force I phoned and was told that there had been a problem with 1500 parcels, mine included. No one had contacted me from Direct Golf to warn me of this which was remiss. I cancelled the order and at least the refund was handled efficiently! I will now buy elsewhere I am afraid.

After ordering and paying for a trolley battery on 21 Sept it still hasn't arrived on 27 Sept which is disappointing. Also 6 months ago I tried to order a Garmin s2 rangefinder watch I was told by the sales team that they were out of stock and I would be informed by e mail when they came in I was never informed and had to buy one elsewhere very disappointing

I placed an order on Thursday 24th November and requested and paid for next day delivery. At 09:53 that day I received confirmation that my order had been despatched with an order number of OR4421004 and a delivery consignment number of UP0785975 (Parcel Force) as yet I have not received the order. The package was being delivered to my place of work which is open 24 hours a day. Parcel Force did attend on Friday 25th but did not have my order. Very disappointing.

3/5 working days for delivery - it is exactly 7days since the order was placed and still waiting.....track it - what a laugh - told it has been passed to parcelforce for delivery.....end of information!!!!! NOT IMPRESSED. Mike C

I did not receive the waterproof jacket I thought I had ordered. I had not received a confirmation email of my order so I'm unable check the order.

I ordered a driver on Wednesday to receive it on Thursday by 10:30am, come mid day Thursday not arrived, rang customer services and was told there was a problem with the network at parcel force and I would get on Friday. Here we are Saturday night still not arrived don't know when I get it hopefully before Thursday game of golf, some form of compensation should come my way I think

Paid for next day delivery for a golf trolley I needed for the weekend. Received a message saying that the item had been despatched that day. After 3 days nothing arrived so I contacted customer services. Was then told it would come that day - Still waiting.
