After almost 4 weeks am I still waiting for the goods to be deliverd.

Goods fine and delivery fine but despite several emails and three phone calls unable to get discount claimed due to loyalty points (£5.00). In the end gave up trying. Apparently points will be recredited but, doubtful I shall be using.

At this point in time I can not get in touch by phone or email nor can I track or trace my order which was dispatched on 30/ sept not happy at the moment kchalloner Budleigh Salterton

Where is my delivery ? Ordered on 28th September and apparently dispatched on 30th but still waiting for it .. tracking hasn't changed since 30th, stuck on Order Generated.. frustrating!!

Ordered a Ping putter at a very attractive price. However, no communication for over a month so called to find that it was out of stock and they had cancelled the order!. They did eventually manage to source one, apologised and promised some free balls as a gesture of good will. Whilst the putter arrived within three days, the balls didn't, Called again, promised call back didn't happen so called again. Eventually 6 Mizuno balls turned up three days later - a modest gesture I would suggest. People generally pleasant, but there are a lot of alternatives out there.

I purchased a golf bag and shoes using the 0800 number. I waited 6 days then received a email informing me of a tracking number. I monitored the delivery it always stated advised for days. I have now received another email stating the items have been returned and I will receive a refund. I have tried to call on the 0800 number but they have been out of order for days. I am disappointed and confused.

Been sent a review to complete. At time of writing -4th Oct - not received the golf clubs ordered as yet!!!! Order was placed and acknowledged on 25th Sep. Direct Golf need to speed up the online order process if they are to compete against major retailers who can deliver goods so much faster. Let's hope my goods arrive soon?

Had an email on the 30th saying my order as been despatched and I could track it on line, not received the parcel yet and when you look at the tracking service it just shows 30/09/15 19.45 order generated so not much of a tracking service, looks like I will be looking for a refund.

I have not recieved my goods 4 days after it has been despatched I cannot track it because parcel force say that it is not in their system I cannot contact any one from direct Golf as all of the phone system is down and has been for the 2 days I have been trying

Still waiting for my golf shoes 1 week after ordering. Supposedly despatched on Wednesday, still says on tracking information that the order has been generated. Not even despatched yet, Sunday now.

Delivery was upgraded to next day. Received email on Wednesday the 30th of September saying item had been dispatched. Item still not arrived. Now October the 3rd. Systems where down. No email or contact to explain that of this and there could be a delay. Not a happy chappy

Took 3 working days to pick and pack my order. Website showed it as pending even after it had been dispatched. My email asking for an update was never answered beyond the automated response, then the courier said it had been loaded on the wrong van by mistake, still haven't recieved it. Courier mistake aside, complete customer service failure.

Still not received goods even though email sent saying goods had been dispatched when rang helpline all phones down also tracking order not updated all previous transactions have been great.
