I'm afraid my order has not arrived despite the tracking stating it was delivered on 08/07/15

The shoes I bought were described as "Synthetic Leather". It turns out they are plastic. The socks I bought were described as "Cotton Rich". What i received contains no cotton at all, Just Polyester, Elastine and nylon.

I ordered a specific motorcady drinks holder for an old m1 but the order was changed an the incorrect one sent. The order had a free marker and diet tool was did not appear on invoice or in the box.

Told that my order placed last Saturday week would be sent out last Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Goods did not arrive so contacted Customer Services on Tuesday evening to learn that goods had not been sent. It took my telephone call to ensure that goods were sent on Thursday, which arrived on Friday 4th July.. Not impressed with service which was always good in the past. Very disappointed.

I received the driver I ordered very quickly, unfortunately the headcover and adjustment key were missing. I contacted direct golf at once and was assured they would be sent by next day delivery.not concerned we all make mistakes.

Wasn't the best service. I didn't receive a time slot text, I was only told it will be delivered that day no idea what time. I couldn't request for the parcel to be left in a safe place. Customer service team was good and helpful

I normally get excellent service from Direct Golf but was disappointed this time because the item i ordered did not show as out of stock until i had completed my order which was then too late to cancel my order and look elsewhere. Having said that the order did arrive earlier than the original out of stock message said it would.

Was really good when I rang to complain but hardy did anything about it! I waited 3months to get a pair of hyperflex and I was told on many occasions that they would be here by the following week, they didn't turn up! 3 months all I got was a half price glove!

Direct Golf sent an incorrect item that hadn't been ordered. Had to return it (postage free but not hassle free) and upon second receipt noted that the original item received was different from that advertised and bought.

The service I had from sales and customer service was great, the major problem I had was delivery which was terrible and really let the overall service down

Delivery failed to show up next day. Got text confirming delivery would happen next day from parcel force. Technically a parcel force issue, but still very annoying

After 3 weeks of waiting for an order to come through l received an email letting me know the product had been discontinued, asked if I would like a replacement which I chose to do, of the two items l received one was the wrong colour! Not even bothered to do anything about it.

do not order anything for the hedge end store as it conflicts with the driving range, although website will let you order and deliver the store refuses.

Order was quick but wrong. With fathers day approaching ordered dt solo balls with dad on them ......got normal without dad. Minor mistake but important.

Disappointed with delivery information, was unable to follow tracking for parcels, one parcel was delivered before the email giving the delivery instructions was sent

I had ordered two items it was only after I had to ring up that I was informed that one of the items would not be available until August. The company should have informed so that I did not have to ring up. Poor service and customer after care.
