I have spent over a $1000 with this company and giving one star. My orders have rarely been fulfilled. I place orders and weeks, even months go by and I don’t receive products. When I did receive products they were not up to standard. I bought 3 Smok hardware devices and only one lasted more than a week. I have bought same items from other retailers without issues and defects. They will send one part of a product such as a tank, then for 3 months I wait for the atomizers, only to be contacted by email and told all products are still out of stock and will not be fulfilled. Now I have items I cannot use. No sale items are ever delivered. I place orders and weeks and weeks go by waiting for delivery and then I am told more than 30 items I ordered will not be fulfilled. Don’t bother ordering sale items, you will never get them. If you have a problem with an item, as I did and try to return it, you will not be refunded and I was told immediately that I couldn’t return because too much time had passed, However I read the policy and I was well within the time frame by weeks to return items. My very first order is the only one that I received and had no other issues with. There have been orders for more than $300 of products that were simply cancelled by them as they say they can’t fulfill. Whole orders! All various products, but none are Available??? Very dissatisfied and only gave one star because I did get one order with no defective devices or problem. Advise not to purchase through this company. I gave them at least 10 orders, so there are no excuses for what I experienced. There are hundreds of retailers that sell similar products and shops on every corner in every town and city... after 10+ orders and so many opportunities to show how you run your company This was Epic Failure. Keep your money in your community.

Worst online vapor store on the internet. ZERO customer support and not a single e-juice in stock. Worst part is they don't just list what is available, so you end up choosing flavors and don't find out they are out of stock until you have wasted your time. They have no email to contact anyone...it's like they don't want business. I imagine a very unprofessional team behind that site.

TERRIBLE experience! I had to click on over 40+ ejuices and ended up finding nothing, not a single juice was available. I then thought, this can't be right, so I looked for the contact information to speak with someone. They literally don't have an e-mail address listed on their website...they just keep redirecting you to their unhelpful documentation. Stay away from this place. You have plenty of other online options.

I ordered coils and a new tank from DirectVapor. The products showed up fast, but both items were not what I ordered. I Called customer support and was told to send pictures of what I received. I do so, but now I can't get anyone to contact me back. I wouldn't order from them at all. They clearly don't care about their customers or fixing issues after they already have your money.

When I initially spent my money they responded to an e-mail about shipping promptly. I waited one week and then checked the site. There was an update about having to provide photo's of my i.d. I did so. Over the past few weeks there has been no update, I have e-mailed them three times, messaged their facebook account multiple times, and posted on their pages. After seeing the other reviews on this site I am very nervous about them having my identification. Their pages are full of fake reviews. It seems I will not get my money back, but I will be reporting their site to all necessary authorities. Do not use this site.

May,2019 Bought a couple e-liquids, ive had them before and enjoy them quite a bit. bought from directvapor and one of them tasted funny not as usual checked the expiration date and boom expired a year ago so i checked 3 more bottles out of curiosity and every one of the e-liquids i had bought from them in the last month all expired 6 months to a year prior to my purchases. are you serious wtf this company is horrible stay away at all costs

I ordered a mod kit from this company. It didn’t work, contacted their customer service. Was told i’d Receive an email w/ a RMA & could return mod kit for a replacement. Never received the email call a second time was told same story, would receive an email w/ RMA # for return. Again NO EMAIL. WHAT A TIPP OFF COMPANY! Stay far away!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE , never received my order from them, emailed them multiple times not one reply, wish i would of known this business is known for this it would have saved me a headache, they have horrible complaints on the better business bureau as well STAY AWAY!!

Worst service ever, didnt prompt me about my ID at all, nobody even asked me, I found out I had to add it by chance two days after I ordered because no updates had been produced when I paid $30 for two day shipping so I looked online at others experience and found out, poorest customer service, and even poorer management..

Just don’t order from them, they don’t help you when your mess up, your Better off paying a bit more money and getting better customer service and probably what get what you actually order

1. Cannot cancel a subscription online, altho the order was placed online. I was told by online CS that I would need to call them. If orders can be place online, subscriptions should be also cancelled online. 2. Ordered a tank which was "back ordered"(I paid for it), after 5wks I inquired & was told my color choice was still back ordered, I said, send me any color-tired of waiting. Was sent the wrong tank, which was $4-$5 cheaper, I tried the tank & found it inferior to original order. I asked that the company send me either the correct tank or credit me the diff. They asked for a pic of the tank sent & I did. It's going on 2 wks, have heard nothing, no credit(which I am legally & ethically due)-nada. Their decision making staff is slow, and communication from such is poor. My business will be taken else where. And I will have to take time out of my work day to CALL to cancel a $14.00 coil subscription. A lousy way to assure monies coming in.

Avoid at all costs. Have a problem with your device? Direct Vapor will NOT assist you in receiving a replacement, instead, they will offer you a 20% off coupon which is pointless as they have 20% off sales every other week. I bought a device just a few months ago & the battery used was basically a piece of junk, so now I am without a device. Since I only used this as a backup device on the go, I can't believe they are selling items that die after only 3 months of use, this completely goes against the idea that this is cheaper than smoking. If companies such as direct vapor keep this up, then I do hope they start to be heavily regulated as this is deceptive sales & the company can't even offer decent discounts to people who have problems with manufacturers products they not only sell but market to consumers. By the way, there are other cheaper sites out there, search for "vape search engine" on google, and search for the item you are looking for. Direct Vapors biggest asset was the fact that they appeared to be the front runner for vape shops, this is not the case. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor experience with DirectVapor. Your order get stuck in the age verification stage but you are never asked to prove your age, so unless you call it will never go through, then in the customer service they offer you gift cards or refunds but you never get them, and when I finally received the vape it didn't charge. I just want to be refunded for the whole thing and finally get a working vape from a shop.

They took the money out of my account for replacement pods. Days later, instead of receiving my pods I was told to take a picture of my ID and send it to them. Still didn't get pods and was charged plus they lost all the info from the front and back of my ID that I had already sent them. I wouldn't even give them a one star at this point

If I could give it a lower review I would I never received the product! I received only the juice! I was charged 136.00 Which then refused to refund! Still fighting to not pay 136.00 for a single bottle of juice!!!

I didn't believe post until I experienced this. Bought a vape mod from them and paid 10 dollars for the 2 to 4 days shipment. I called them 3 business days after they took money out my account after I checked out the cart, and i didn't get an email about the tracking number. I contacted them and they gave me bad customer service and told me to wait patiently because my order will be ship soon after 3 days. My order was shipped the day after I called, and the delivery time took 6 days when I paid for 2 to 4 days shipment. Never buying from them again.
