Not in stock orders beware... What happened to me was I never got my order "not in stock item". It will ship as soon item back in stock = Good luck with that.. If the item back in stock they would ship, but if the item never in stock.. There will be no refund, no exchange or anything.. I email them I want a refund or exchange for a new item. They respond will refund, it's been 3 months, still no refund.. First two years I had great experience with them, now I don't trust them anymore.. Items not in stock problems.

I spent 20 extra dollars to buy the two day shipping, and when I track it on the second day, its in Memphis Tenessee. Incredibly disappointed, and lots of money wasted.

Products In stock ordered in late October, two products weren’t in stock and almost 7 weeks later NO money has been returned and their excuse is that they were delivered. Products still out of stock 7 weeks later. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK, then good luck

They suck big time! They send me the wrong stuff! I order a Novo 2 kit and they sent me a nord kit! I will never buy again anything from them, also my order wasn't complete! Big fiasco!

Ordered an Aspire Breeze on 11/20/19. It read that the order should be received in 8 days which should be 11/28/19. Here it is 12/5/19. No product, contact. Guess I got ripped off. Hope you’re reading this before you purchased anything. Stay away.

So first of all, they will sell you items that they dont have in stock and not inform you. Then when you request a refund after waiting for almost a month they dont respond for 4 days and then miraculously the item in now in stock so instead of giving you a refund they ship the item that you no longer wanted. I also noticed that they hold other items that are in stock if you order multiple items and some are out of stock. They customer service sucks and i will never order from direct vapor again.

BUYER BEWARE! Cyber Monday 2019. They emailed the day after purchase stating they needed the last 4 of my social security number and/or a picture of my ID. They state this is because of FDA regulations and they need to verify age. It was at this point that I realized the site was scamming me, unfortunately it was after they took my money. I wish I had read the reviews about this site prior to purchase. This incident was filed with the BBB for fraudulent activity.

After years of ordering from many different vape sites, this pathetic company has been the only one that I have an issue with. They made some excuse that USPS is not scanning packages. They now have to ship another one and now the items I ordered are not in stock. I paid extra on shipping to receive my items quicker which was a mistake. I am literally still waiting form my shipment a month later. Pathetic, and scamming its customers, I dont understand how this company is still in business.

Sends out faulty products, not once but twice. Filed a BBB complaint on DirectVapor in which they stated a gift card would be issued. It never was. Customer Service does not know anything about what they sell. Overall, I recommend staying clear from this place regardless of their lower prices.

Bait and switch company based in Florida.....false promises and insulting emails.They have not a clue as to the meaning of customer service.Its a bad time for the vaping business right now and they still shoot themselves in the foot to get your money.

After taking money out of my account they stopped my shipment saying they cannot verify my age I have uploaded photos of my license too many times to count and they keep denying it over & over I have sent 3 emails and have gotten no response... I just want my money back...

They shipped 3 out of 4 of the items in my order. They even marked the 3 items as shipped and the 4th as not shipped. They charged me for the entire order and marked the order as complete. The 4th item was a $30 tank. I sent them an e-mail every day. After a week of no response I contacted me CC company. Don't buy here.

Buyer Beware! Literally, No customer service at all! I never recieved my, "out of stock" item. I checked on their website to see if the product was in stock, hoping to give them the benefit of a doubt. It was back in stock, so that was a strike. I never recieved a status update. Another strike. I never saw a status update on my order once I received my partial order. (7 day free shipping sounds nice but not worth the hassle down the road) I never heard back from customer Service. I only recieved system generated response every time I sent a request for status. (6 times in 7 days) and there are no customer service phone numbers listed to call. Ordered the product 2 1/2 weeks ago. I was a dedicated customer until this happened. "At this point I'm just swinging at anything that fly's over the plate." Fortunately, I was lucky enough to recover my money via my banking institution. They aren't the only vape distributors. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I now have products I can't return, they just can't be trusted. Never again!

3 days ago I placed an order and my CC was debited. Status says "age verification" and no place to verify age, I sent 4 tickets to customer service and no answer. Seems this is a scam? Got robbed?

This has been goin on for months now. I order a pack of tank replacements and 1 e-liquid. Got it with no problem. Then I received another package of my same order, I did not order this second package at all. As I’ve already gotten what I need on my ONE AND ONLY ORDER. Anyways, I brushed it off that maybe I could’ve been at fault and that I might’ve made a mistake. I gave DirectVapor another go, so I bought myself a starter vape pen. Got it again no problem. Although, some how. I got another package of my first order which was again, the replacement tanks and the same e-liquid. Need I remind y’all. I only order those items ONCE. I told my self “maybe the website is buggy, maybe by removed MY **saved card** that this would stop. Absolutely wrong, I got another package of the same damn things. It makes no sense to me as to why I’m getting this when I’ve already got rid of my card from the “saved cards”. This is clearly some sick joke and no honest mistake. My first time ordering cost me $23+, now imagine getting charged more than that more than 3-4 times without you knowledge. Until receiving an email about THE ORDER. I’ve emailed them about it and they said they taken care of it. The next day... you guessed it. Another automatic order completely, that I completely didn’t do myself. I don’t understand why this is happening to me, this situation I’ve been put should never happen to me or anyone else. If anyone is experiencing the same thing, please reach out to me. If somehow this goes to far. Please support me once I take legal action, I’d appreciate it if there are many experiencing the same thing so we can take this stupid website down or something. No one deserves this.

ordered the smog novo 2 kit that was listed as in stock got an email the same day saying it is out of stock well I get another email a few days ago saying they are in and I was told o we will for sure have it shipped out by tomorrow and we will send a verification email well nothing and when I contact them they say I will have my manager get on it I assure you we will solve your problem but nothing
