“I suspect displate using a chatbot because I can't get a simple yes/no answer. I initially asked if I could use a dry-erase marker and the response was an apology for my difficulty ordering a sign (I haven't ordered anything yet). When I tried to clarify that I wanted to use a dry erase marker and be able to wipe it off with a napkin, I was advised against using a permanent marker (which I didn't mention either). Hopefully the 3rd time is the charm, but I doubt it. I should also mention that I also mentioned using erasable "liquid chalk" markers in both the initial inquiry and attempted clarification, which probably confused the system.”
