An order of 3 Displates was missing a magnet set for one of the plates and they promptly answered my ticket within 2 business days and shipped a replacement without any additional input. While I can't give a perfect rating with these shipping issues seeming unusually common, you can feel safe in that customer service is willing to quickly and painlessly resolve them.”

“Firstly, the product itself is very well made and honestly - very reasonably priced for the quality. I won't name other stores but my collection started when I made a purchase elsewhere, and I was thinking, I could have just got a displate here and I would have been happier with the whole package overall.
Customer service is A1. Shipping and packaging is simply on another level. I'm very happy being a customer at Displate. I have like 10 now, I plan to get more. When you want to store them, if you're a displate member you actually get sent a perfectly fitting sleeve for the art work and that is a huge win. (don't throw them out! XD)
I will continue to be a customer. My kids love to choose a Displate once in a while too and it makes a perfect gift given how it's all put together.

“Displate’s advertising practices are misleading at best and dishonest at worst. They ran YouTube ads for a product only after it was already sold out, not to real customers, but to bots and resellers who immediately flipped it for over $1000. The ad kept running for days, dragging people like me to their site for an item that was never available.
When I called them out, they gave me the same scripted apology twice. And instead of addressing the issue, they confirmed the accusation by offering me a discount code for something I never wanted. That’s not customer service, that’s deflection.
I came to their site for one item, the one they advertised, and was misled. I’m not interested in anything else. Continuing to advertise a product people cannot buy is dishonest, and insulting customers with irrelevant discounts only makes it worse. And at this point it wouldn't surprise me at all if they were also the ones reselling it.”
