“I made a mistake with the delivery address and Displate emailed on several occasions to confirm the address. However I don't check my emails on a regular basis. When I didn't get back to them they refunded my payment! 10 out of 10 to Displate!”

“Ordering was easy enough but the icing on the cake was when my Displate arrived damaged as it had been bent during transit. I reached out to the Displate customer service team and they were excellent at acknowledging my problem and resolving it promptly. They fixed the issue by sending me a new undamaged Displate. As this was a Christmas gift, I was pleased that they were able to fix the issue and send me the product in time to gift it. Great experience, better customer service!”
