“Ordering was easy enough but the icing on the cake was when my Displate arrived damaged as it had been bent during transit. I reached out to the Displate customer service team and they were excellent at acknowledging my problem and resolving it promptly. They fixed the issue by sending me a new undamaged Displate. As this was a Christmas gift, I was pleased that they were able to fix the issue and send me the product in time to gift it. Great experience, better customer service!”

“Sent a replacement Displate before Christmas (wasnt a gift, but it was nice). Although I would recommend talking to UPS about stuff like this, as the displate was scheduled for the 29th, but arrived on the 23th. Not bad when youre at home, but it might be annoying to find out that your neighbour accepted it instead of you and they damage it because they dont take care of it. (If they are even allowed to hand it to a neighbour, disregard that point if they arent allowed to.)”
