“All of my displates look really awesome. I went with the gloss option. One of my pictures i did recieve damaged(shipping issue, not a displate problem) but contacting support was very easy and they were extreamly helpful, and was able to get my damaged picture replaced. Customer support was totally awesome. They came in a timely matter as well. Very very happy with my purchase even with receiving a damaged product at the start.”
“The original displate arrived damaged and I contacted support at displate. The response back was fairly quick, and I was told I would receive a tracking number when a replacement was shipped. That was over 5 days ago. I haven’t heard anything since. So now all I have is an $80 damaged poster for my son with no chance of getting another one before Christmas Day.”

“What to say about Displate,nice design,good stuff,but very awful shipping times.my order was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend,and the site said it would take up to 5 days to get my order delivered,I ordered 13th of December!the first email said it would arrive December 24th,already late but in time for Christmas,but now the estimated delivery is on December 29th!so in truth I am very disappointed.i think the company should work on being transparent on shipping times or people are going to have issues with gifts that need to be on time,now I have to settle to buy another gift for my girlfriend and thus spending more money than anticipated,always heard good things about the company but surely this will be the first and last time I buy anything from this site.very sad because I really liked the idea of having various plates,oh well,marry Christmas everyone”
“FedEx failed twice. The first delivery of my displates was delivered to the wrong address. The second attempt to deliver my order and the package arrived damaged. All three displates arrive with a significant dent on the upper right corner, making them damaged to the point that they can’t be hung up at all. I’m disappointed that these three gifts won’t be available in time for Christmas.”

After sending pictures on December 17th, we received an email the next day that they are remaking our order. We received the remade order on December 22nd. “Was very happy with the plates when I got them. FAQ should NOT tell people to wait for tracking order and contact the shipper. It will be much cheaper and better for all to deal with before shipping. Also, even FedEx requires issue to be initiated from the shipper! But, aside from not reading the address from my initial email response, things went good. Staff worked hard to fix and even offered to send me again. I think I ended up getting the correct ones though, because FedEx did eventually call me. So, yes definitely the shipping service had to get involved but crazy to direct people to wait in the FAQ since it has to initiate from customer service contact.”
