“The product is great for our purpose. We use the holders in a school, so we needed something that would not easily break and was cost effective. They were shipped and delivered promptly. This is our second purchase from Displays2go and it will not be the last.”

“The pulpit I ordered arrived fairly quickly and looks good. It was very easy to assemble. However I took off one star due to what appears to be a shipping error where there was a dent in the wood top panel that is very visible.”

“Recently, my terminally ill mother saw my Air Force medal and ribbons in a social media post. I've never been one to show off, so for nearly two decades they have been shoved away in a box. My mom told me it was important to be proud of the things I've done in life, not so much to show off but just be reminded of where I've been and what I've done. She told me I should get a display for them as a birthday present from her to me. I assured her if I found a display I liked I would get it. Some time later I found myself looking online and came across one on your site. I sent her the image of it and she told me to get it. So, I did. When I received the package, I was disappointed. From the look of the box, I could tell it had been handled very roughly. I shifted the box and I could feel multiple pieces shifting inside. I carefully unboxed and removed the pieces and tried to assess things to see if I could repair it. I didn't see any way of making it look like it should. I pulled up the information for the order and called in. The representative I spoke with was courteous and helpful. Within a few minutes she assured me a replacement was being sent. She even added that she requested extra padding to ensure the displays protection. Today, I received the new display and it is immaculate. I would like to thank you for standing behind your product even if the fault wasn't on your end. I would definitely do business with you all again.Thanks!”

“I ordered this item on May 22, 2020. today is June 5, 2020. I came to know this order is not even shipped. i tried calling several times it is taking 50-60min before i get to speak to someone. I ended up speaking to john on June 1st he told me my item will be shipping next day but even after 5 more days he told me it is still not shipped. I am very disappointed.”

“I was greatly disappointed when I read on the website that my item will ship within 24 hours. I read this in multiple places. After placing the order and paying for it I was told it would be almost 3 weeks. I followed up with a phone call and it took an additional two days to tell me that it wouldn?t get to me any sooner. I still have yet not received The product.”

“Good board, erases easily and rotates without a problem, but has a few shortcomings. 1. The screws that hold the tray into the frame are REALLY difficult to tighten and I was only able to tighten one fully. This doesn't affect the function of the board but looks messy. 2. The connection between the wheels and the board is a bit flimsy and sometimes prevents the board from rolling smoothly; sometimes it requires a bit of a jerk to get it started rolling.”

“I will admit, I was nervous about ordering from Displays2go because I had never heard of the company and the reviews were all over the place. However, I will say that I am VERY HAPPY with my item. I placed an order for a Memorial Flag display case and even with the COVID-19 pandemic, I still received my item within 2 weeks of placing the order. It came in already built, which was a very nice surprise, and it was wrapped and packaged very nicely so that the item did not shake or move during transit. I will certainly be ordering again for any display case needs.”
