I ordered this display and it arrived slot sooner than expected and I was very happy with the precautions taken during the shipping process. It is a great quality display board! I will be using it as a missionary display and it's exactly what I was looking for. I totally recommend displays2go.com to anybody searching for a good quality low cost display!

So far I have purchased pole banner holders and coin collection tubes, very different products but both were good quality. More important, they shipped and arrived on time and not damaged.

Love these frames. No matter who's visiting the office (ship building), in a matter of seconds you can switch out the picture with one depicting the visitor's country or business. Not just for movie theaters anymore! The frames came fast, well packed, and looking good.

We needed some table top 5.5 inch brochure racks for our Recovery group and Displays2go not only had such racks they were perfect for our need. We bought four of them and they have worked perfectly. We are often asked where we found such nice racks and I'm always glad to give them the Displays2go web address.

I ordered a large (80" tall) glass display case, for delivery to my residence and set-up in place. The company asked about driveway, stairs, tight corners, etc., which I appreciated and can certainly understand. There are some challenges at my home, but nothing insurmountable except, apparently, my doorway. It is wide enough, but the dealbreaker was the height: only 79" high, whereas the crate the display case would be shipped in is 90" high. The company indicated that the cabinet is too fragile to tilt, and since I was not interested in a smaller, less-attractive, and/or unassembled alternative, I canceled the order. I find it impossible to believe that such a piece of furniture will never be tilted whatsoever from the time it rolls off the assembly line until it is in place in a home or business, so it seems rather odd to insist on it. As I thought about it after having ordered a similar item from another retailer (for which delivery is still pending...), I would think they could have uncrated it on the porch (at which point it would have been 80" high), and then been able to tilt it the tiny bit needed to get it through my 79" doorway and carry it (or put it on a dolly and roll it) the 25 feet to its final location. I agree that the item is fragile, but fragile items do get moved under conditions such as these, and with the proper care, I don't see why it couldn't have been accomplished satisfactorily.

These stanchions are better then I would have dreamed. They are beautiful and have the look of exactly what we wanted. We do an Oscar Party every year here on Catalina Island. We use the Casino ballroom and it always a hit with everyone. They will line our red carpet right to the door into the ballroom. The rope is a gorgeous red velvet. Everybody who has seem them wants to rent them from us.That is ok we are a Foundation supporting our hospital and this just another event to do it.

I ordered an acrylic lock box and display holder. It arrived and the box was not included. I emailed and autoreply said I would receive a call within 24 hours. I called right away and no one answered due to weather. It has been 2 complete business days have not heard back from the company. This item is urgently needed. UPDATE: Called company again first thing Monday morning and found out the item was damaged in transit and returned to the company. They said the item was in stock and would 2nd Day deliver it to me. I appreciate the expedited assistance.

I ordered a cash counter wrap that cost $200. The shipping was $160 from a lift gate truck. I'm expecting a very large and heavy delivery. What arrived was a massively over package assembly yourself kit that could have been shipped as a normal UPS delivery easily. I know it will be hard to believe but bulk of the shipment was actually two large empty boxes stacked on top of each other. I was in shock and disbelief when I saw what I paid $160 to have shipped.

I posted a very poor review yesterday regarding my problems with my password and felt it was only fair to update my review today. I was contacted within 24 hours by a Customer Service Supervisor and my problem was resolved by P Sousa at Displays2go. She had the IT department remove the security questions and I was able to reset my password. First rate customer service and really prompt handling of customer problems. Thank you for all your assistance in getting me access to my account and it is great to know that companies do monitor their customer opinions and reviews. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of display products. I had no problem with my order. It was easy to purchase and the items came quickly. My problem began when I tried to log-in to print an invoice for our business department. I had forgotten my password so the company sent me an email to reset it. I tried to reset it but it kept saying that my answer to my security question was incorrect. I knew that my answer was correct as I printed out the page where I had signed up and double checked that I typed the correct answer. I had typed it correctly so I contacted the Chat Line. Sean H. was as helpful as he was able to be with the system. He informed me that they had no control over the accounts and so there was nothing that could be done to reset my account but I could set up another account with a different email. I only have one work email and there is no way to set up another one. This means that in effect I cannot place any other orders with your company if I want to keep track of my account and not use a guest account. I have dealt with hundreds of other companies and have never had this issue before. There should be some way to reset an account especially as there seems to be a glitch in the system that doesn't recognize the correct answer to one's security question.
