Loved the iPad stands but unfortunately the package did not ship on the agreed upon date and we missed having the stands for half of our tradeshow. I had called repeatedly to confirm the shipping date and paid extra for next day air only to get the package a day late. What was even more disappointing is that I had to catch the error and call multiple times to get in touch with someone to confirm the late shipping date.

Service was immediate, packaging was fantastic, order arrived quickly and with zero damage. The frame was exactly what I was looking for and a great price, but upon receiving it I noticed the wood had a few very noticeable dollops of hot glue from construction that are hard to overlook. Otherwise, the frame and its hardware seem well-made. I would use this site again.

The silver frames were exactly what we were looking for and they did ship quickly. The downside was the the shipping was very expensive.

We are always apprehensive to order on-line due to the lack of a customer service contact but not with Displays2go! Not only did I have a real person to engage with I could actually get back to them when I called for additional assistance. Displays2go not only has quality products they also care about their customers with quality employee relationships!

Ordering was easy and the delivery was very fast. Make sure to check availability on items so you don't get confused on delayed delivery. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer for Displys2go for many years. Great products, nice selection, and almost always in-stock. I just wish shipping rates reflected actual shipping costs. Recently I paid over $30 in shipping costs for something that does not weigh much and is small in size. Not sure how shipping is calculated, but i know I could ship same product for less than half by Priority Mail. UPDATE! Thanks displays2go for adjusting my shipping to actual rate and explaining why it occured. Great service, 5 stars!

A flag & an outdoor bulletin board are very well constructed. Shipping was very fast. Packaging extremely secure - very impressed with the care used.

There were multiple times during this transaction that I wanted to stop working with this company due to the lack of communication with the specific employees who were assigned to me. To start the person I was working with was not very responsive with email so I called and I was told by another employee that this was a busy season and that he was on his lunch break. I can relate to being busy obviously so I accepted that they were very busy. Then after about a day I hear back from a completely different employee I've never communicated with and she emailed me to ask me what my address was for shipping. By this point I had not even heard back from the original employee I was working with regarding my artwork. I also had not received any type of proof. I emailed her back to say I was confused because I never heard back regarding the artwork. I said should I assume it was fine? Because I would really like some sort of proof. Proofs are usually provided any time artwork is involved so that the customer can double check everything looks as it was sent. Am I wrong? She emailed me back with a very unprofessional email to basically say she had no idea what I was talking about and she included a lot of these (...). I called to talk with her but she was never available but conveniently would email me right after I called. I figured out that there must have been some type of mix up and I emailed her back to tell her that the original employee who was helping me sent me my artwork proof. I let her know my order number and explained that she might have confused my order with another person's order. I never heard anything back from her. NOTHING! Not an I'm sorry for the confusion or anything. It seemed very unorganized. If I just went along with her I would have probably received someone else's order. The original employee who helped me was cold but he got the job done so I guess I can't really complain. As far as the proofs I think that Displays2go should provide proofs that actually show how the artwork is going to look on the item. Just sending me a picture of the image I already sent you does NOT help me. I have not received my order yet but I'm crossing my fingers that it looks good. Needless to say, it is very unlikely I would use Displays2go again.

I really like the wall mount card holders! they are great! What I didn't like was the large box that them came in. I'm sure the use of such a large box was to make sure that the card holders didn't break. I feel that the same thing could have been achieved with a box half the size. Again, I am very grateful with how quickly they came, the affordable price and easy install!

The corner of my display piece was broken off upon arrival. It had the hole to fasten to the wall on the broken piece so I super glued it together and hung it anyway. Seemed like too much hassle to return the item. Had the item not been damaged, it would have been great. The repair is visible, but does not appear to effect the structural integrity. I changed this to 5 stars after I was immediately contacted by Displays2go and they sent a replacement product. Today this type of immediate customer service is unheard of. This company went above and beyond to remedy my concerns quickly. Felt it necessary to reward the quick response with 5 stars.

I got a great tv stand for our new school. We put 55" Sony smart tv on it and a laptop witht a nice logitech webcam. Now the staff is at war to get time with it, I need to order another one :)

Received picture frames in good condition and shipping was fast. The description and customer service stated only use for landscape orientation, but arrived with hooks attached for vertical orientation too (which is what I needed). Looks great displayed. Thank you!

Ordered a mannequin on September 1 and they still haven't shipped it yet. I tried to contact them through their website's chat system and it's not working. Lame.

Great value for the money, very happy with the product look and quality, easy online ordering, customer service guiding us through putting it together was great. I would have given 5 stars except the directions for assembly were terrible. Good thing the human beings on the phone were available and knowledgable enough to get us through it. Why don't you ask your customer service people to re-write the instructions?

Quick delivery however, the rack we bought does not fit together properly and the pieces were rusty and dirty when we took it out of packaging. It is a very simple rack to put together- not really a way to put it together wrong, however the pieces don't actually fit together. When you snap one shelf in, the other shelf pops out.
