“I placed an online order early Tuesday morning, I was notified late on Thursday that there was an issue with my account. That two day delay in contacting me cost me an extra $150 in rush shipping charges. The customer service person was indifferent to that fact and unapologetic.”

“Customer service was good but I am upset by the fact that I was shipped a previously opened "carrel" that was sealed WITHOUT any hardware. They then shipped another package of hardware. Unfortunately, the replacement package does NOT contain wooden dowels (also missing in the previously opened item). I purchased one at the local Lowes Hardware and had to cut it to size. I find it disappointing that this suggests very little quality review for returned products that are re-sold.”

“My order came quickly and was reasonably priced but the wrong color was shipped to me. So when I contacted customer service I received excellent care and immediate attention about my issue. The next day I received an email from customer service letting me know that the order could not ship since the remaining stock was all maked with the wrong color. I asked when a restock would happen and I was told 3 months. I was very disappointed to not to be able to have my order filled since I needed the items within the week. I am currently waiting to receive my refund. Your customer service was impressive and I will order from you again.”

“Displays2Go is a very professional and courteous company. I had purchased an acrylic ballot box and the items were damaged multiple times when I received them. They sent replacements for these boxes. It took a third time to get it before it was not damaged but they were very courteous about this.”

“Bought two youth mannequins, one head came damaged on the cheek and the other unit was missing the base plate to stand it on. Customer services was polite and worked fast to get the items replaced. The body of the mannequin is made of very light plastic. The head is made of thicker/ harder plastic and the painted features are great. Although it does look more like a girl than a boy, and I need one of each. Love the price!”
