“I recently purchased a 32" dual monitor stand for two Samsung flat panels TVs that I use as computer monitors. The stands indicate that they support up to 66 lbs (33 per monitor) and after I opened the box, I noticed how durable the base and overall stand seemed to feel. The monitors are UN32EH5000FXZA and UN32J5205, weighing 13.0 lbs and 8.1 lbs, respectively. The stand itself wasn't terribly difficult to set up, though the instructions were picture only and not as straightforward as I would have liked, given that they would support $700 worth of equipment. After setting up the stand and mounting the TVs (I would recommend having someone assist in mounting the monitors) I had a lot of trouble getting the monitors to stay in a fixed position, at a fixed angle. The two screws that tighten the arm that holds the monitor mounts don't actually screw into anything on the arm, they simply tighten up against the back of the inside of the arm. This makes it difficult if the monitors are different weights, as the arm tends to want to drop to one side. The mounts themselves also rotate, which I liked, except it was also very difficult to tighten them so that they stayed in a fixed position. The monitors kept angling forward and I would have to adjust them so that they were facing more towards me and less towards the ground. Aside from those issues, I was happy overall with the stand, that is until the left mount broke completely off at the pivot and drop the monitor of off the desk, damaging the screen. I called Displays2Go and they offered to ship me a replacement monitor stand or refund my money. I hesitated because I seriously want/need a dual setup for my monitors, but I can't really afford to buy another monitor, only to have the same issue reoccur and break another monitor (they're around $350 apiece). They offered nothing in the way of replacing the monitor, nor did they want me to ship the damaged monitor stand back so they could find out what happened. I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the stand, while the base was a solid metal, the pivoting mount was plastic. I'm also not thrilled with the lack of accountability from the company regarding the damage that was caused. I understand that they can't just replace every monitor that customers claim was damaged by a defective or faulty mount, but at least go through the trouble of trying to find out why this happened by looking at the defective product.”

“It was hard looking for a company that sells racks to hang my artwork for shows however the racks were not that durable and the cost was to much for something that is not the best quality. But time for delivery was acceptable and I received everything I ordered.”

“Shipping was very good. The product shipped the day after I placed the order. One piece oddly came a few days after the other which is weird beings they were shipped together but I will put that on Fed Ex and the terrible weather. I opened the product today to find that it is very poor quality. The holes to put the hardware in are already cracked out and disintegrating. Its already falling apart and I haven't even started to put it together. Buyer Beware”

“This process was very simple from design to ordering to receiving my packages. I ordered three large vertical pull-up banners for a trade show. The templates were very easy to use and the file uploading process was quick and efficient. I received a personal confirmation from a representative (Kyle), shortly after paying for the banners, who guided me through the submission process and explained lead times and shipping times. Once my files were uploaded and I approved the proof, I received my banners in 9 days (shipped from Rhode Island to North Carolina). My only complaint about this experience is that one of the zippers was broken on the banner carrying case. Also, the hardware on one of the other banners was dented. This could be avoided with more padding in the packaging. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied with the quality of not only the banner materials, but of the service. I would totally recommend this to friends and businesses.”

“I ordered just one to see if I liked it to display our banners on a mobile coffee cart. While the shipping I selected was ground from MA. and so it was quite slow, the product I bought was really perfect. I promptly ordered another one and purchased a faster shipping to California! You will be pleased with this product...buy it.”

“Purchased a 7x11 sign and 7x11 sign frame from this company. These products should have worked together based on that; plus the customer service rep stated they do. There's over a half inch gap on the top and a inch gap on the side of the frame. Sign falls straight to the floor! Displays2go wants to charge a re-stocking fee for re-turning a product that was miss labeled and falsely advertised. Unacceptable!”

“I ordered several different sizes of the stand-off acrylic signs for our church. Displays2go had the best value for print-your-own signage. Everything we ordered was good quality. A couple of the frames arrived missing small screws. I contacted them and they drop shipped replacements immediately. The signs themselves are good quality and we have had several compliments from our congregation about them. I would highly recommend Displays2go.”
