“This display was horrible to install. First, it didn't come with instructions so I had to have them emailed to me. Second, the wall anchors that came with it were inadequate and it immediately pulled out of the wall. Then, one of the plastic screws that secures one of the two brackets that holds the middle plexiglass shelf in place, broke when the maintenance guy was tightening it so it is stuck in the place it is in, right in the middle of the opening. Finally, one of the tiny screws that holds that same bracket on the left shelf to the frame, fell off when it was bring adjusted to the same level as the middle shelf. Since it was impossible to get back into place the left shelf is now sitting all the way to the bottom. We adjusted the right shelf to mostly match the left shelf so it doesn't look quite so wonky, but it doesn't adjust freely so it's not exactly the same. I spoke to the church where I had seen this same display and asked them about their installation experience and I was told that it too was terrible. Looking closely at it this weekend, and it is in worse shape than our. They also had problems with the anchor pulling out and now their whole display is bending forward. Ours hasn't so far, but it has only been up for a few days. I did email the company during the installation and was told they have not had any issues with it in all the time they have sold it. Maybe people didn't complain like I did. The two maintenance people who installed it are quite capable people. On the positive, it is a very sleek, clean modern look.”
