“The package arrived within days of ordering. Everything was packaged well. We love the tv stand it fits perfectly in the basement. We had a lot of screws left over mainly because we have a flat screen and not a rounded back. This is my second time ordering from displays2go. I will definitely order again.”

“I recently bought 2 ballot boxes. I've ordered them before and this time I needed it for an event and one of them arrived cracked. Usually their items are of good quality so I'm thinking it happened in the shipping.”

“They send too much spam mail. Something like 3 pieces a day. It's irritating. Edit: then, they send me an email telling me they have a response to my complaint about too many emails LOL. *sigh*”

“I love the product. However, it arrived damaged! There were to large cracks in the wood that is holding the easel together. I was very disappointed to see that. Other than that everything was great!”

“Only one problem reduced my rating from five stars to four. The plastic cover on one display case was cracked, surprising given all the plastic bubble wrapping the display cases came in.”

“I purchased a large display case for my home and upon delivery the courier that was selected by Displays2go did not schedule an appointment prior to delivery and they also only sent one guy to unload the case and left it in front of my house. I payed for special service to have it placed inside my residence but the courier told me that they are not insured for that type of delivery. So I had to take it upon myself to hire two movers to get the case in my home. After placing it I noticed that the top of the unit was damaged in transit by the straps that were wrapped around it as well as the power cable being almost severed. I'm waiting for Displays2go to decide if they are sending out a new case.”

“I like the Motorized Ceiling Mount TV Bracket and it works. If I was designing this, I would make these improvements: 1. Every time the power goes out, I need to reset the IR remote. This is really a pain and needs to be improved. 2. The motor needs to be faster. It takes at least a minute for my TV to drop down. 3. Move the IR and electrical connection to the back of the bracket. My outlet and network connection is behind the bracket, so this would make things a lot easier and less stress on the wires especially since my TV's power cord is so short. 4. The snap-on covers on each side of the bracket to hide the wires should be improved because it's not easy to keep together.”

“I placed an order for 24 units. 7 units were defective. Design is excellent but material and assembly is less than acceptable. There was an above average response from customer service with no questions asked. However, 7 defective units out of 24 is unacceptable. My organization and I have been loyal customers for nearly 6 years. Quality products will retain that loyalty-do not chase this type of relationship away with inferior products.”

“I had purchased a hook and loop retractable banner a couple of years ago from Displays2Go, and was very happy with that purchase, it came quickly and works well. I recently ordered some black floor easels for an event, that unfortunately was not of the same quality as the banner. The hardware was rusted and one easel was missing a major component. However, I called them immediately, and they are replacing the easel with the missing part and giving me a refund for the rusty hardware that I can replace locally (faster than having them ship me new hardware). While I was disappointed with the quality of the easels upon arrival, the customer service to fix the problem was excellent.”

“The order came with the right quantity and parts on time. The sheets for printing the signs on which were sent were not even close to level and could not be used. I ordered 23 - 6 inch oval signs and couldn't use any of the provided vellum/frosted paper templates as the holes were punched way out of level. I've contacted Displays customer service about 2-3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for an answer or resolution. Absolutely not happy when I've spent hundreds of dollars and it's taking this long to help me with this issue. Please respond and correct. Willy - Allure Salon Studios - 701-720-919”

“They had just what I needed at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly and undamaged. My only complaint is all of packaging.. it was one 5x7 picture frame but it came in a large box with several yards of bubble wrap. They could have sent and safely packaged a dozen picture frames in that box with the same amount of protective bubble wrap. Not very economical or ecological.”

“When the product arrived there was hardware missing as well as a key. I called, explained and they sent me another product. I was allowed to keep the original and did not have to ship it back. The service was exceptional and the new product arrived within two days. I would purchase from Displays2go anytime.”
