“Stand was great with just one minor flaw, it leaned lo the left 1-2 degree. Not enough of a problem for me to return it as it fits perfectly where I wanted it. I had made a previous review of it and gave it 4 stars, I received a phone call from Displays 2 Go and they offered me a 20 percent refund for the slight problem. It was really stand up D2G, in an online environment where taking care of customers doesn't mater, D2G does.”

“I use this for my spirits company to do tastings. The product I received was defective. I sent an email immediately, the same day in fact. It was not respond to in a timely manner, and a replacement was not sent out in time for work events. I'm still waiting on the replacement part to arrive.”

“Unbelievably good. For about 1 year now, we have been ordering through this company and cannot say enough about our experiences. We will, in the very near future, be turning over all of our tradeshow business to them. Very competent, unmatched timeliness, wonderful customer service... and products that we have yet to find any issues with.”

“One of the 4 items purchased arrived cracked (at the back). I am too busy to make an official complaint but will do so eventually. Edit: Displays2Go has replaced the item which arrived broken. Their customer service acted promptly. BTW the product is great.”

“I ordered a banner stand. I was desiring a product to insert my own banner in, unfortunately what I received did not meet that need. It was a black banner that I had to velcro my banner too. It works okay. Very difficult to find a sturdy banner stand with clips to insert your own banner.”

“Excellent quality and a great process making sure you approve of design before production. Product arrived in great condition and shipping was prompt. Only thing I would be careful with is their production guarantee. If you have a week, excellent, but the time promised was a little generous.”

“Excellent service. I needed to talk to customer service to ensure I was ordering exactly what I had in the past. They brought up my history immediately and provided product numbers. The ordering was easy and delivery prompt. It actually did arrive on a truck with a lift gate as requested.”

“we are not happy at all with tTabletop Literature Holder, "Take One" Decal, Ships Flat, 8.5 x 11 Magazines - Clearhe. the picture looks so nice and these lok like paint pans!! We need to talk about an exchange / refund. I tried calling but the phone is busy. I will also email The brochure holders are great, but these are not”
