“The podium I ordered was damaged when I got it. I called customer service and they were very nice and offered to send me a new one. When I received the new one it was damaged also. The damage on the new one was on the top of the podium and not as noticeable as the first one so I decided I would just accept it. I believe the fault lies with the manufacturer for not packaging the podium better. Customer service at Displays2go was very helpful. Update: I received a call, today, from Lucy at Displays2go. It is very evident, from the call, that they truly care about the products and service that they provide. My updated review, with a 5 star rating, reflects my feelings toward Displays2go and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Lucy!”

“I purchased 3 revolving card racks whose description stated the pockets were 8", but which could not fit an 8" card. When I contacted customer service for finding a more suitable product, it was suggested that I put my cards in sideways (which no customer would bother to crane their neck to view), and I was given a brusque link to the Returns information. The cost for me to receive and return these racks exceeds the order value, and so I am stuck with items I can't use. The online rep used poor grammar, no manners, and no soft skills. I likely will not shop here again. Follow up: I was contacted by Customer Service, who graciously offered apologies and solutions. I'm happy with the personalized problem-solving I received, and look forward to the chance to shop with them again.”

“Frame inset was not the accurate size as listed, it was off approx. 1/4 inch or less. I had to trim photographs to fit the frames (16x20 and 11x14). Backside on one is already coming off (this was prior to even hanging the work)”

“We bought 2 banners for a trade show from them. When I purchased the banners, the website ETA and the customer representative I spoke with on chat both told me there would be plenty of time for the banners to be printed and shipped in time for our show on October 9th 2017. These were purchased on 9/13/2017. 2 days later, I got an email that the artwork was rejected. Our designer followed their design guidelines to the letter, but they had forgotten to add in information about rounded corners...another delay and another CS rep that was just not very accomodating and helpful. We provided the new "fixed" artwork the same day, and I was then told that the ETA was now October 19th (way after the show)! When I called to see what was going on, a rude CS rep told me that I must have not looked at the ETA when I purchased the banners. The whole reason I went with this company was because of their ETA...incredible. She did some digging and finally told me that because China has a holiday the first week of October, all their manufacturers get delayed. She then told me that the manufacturer changed the delivery time and that was why the new ETA was now different... Anyways, they basically told me "tough luck" so they issued a refund and we went somewhere else... Not a great way to do business and I hope other customers didn't have the bad luck / treatment I received. Yann”

“Stand was great with just one minor flaw, it leaned lo the left 1-2 degree. Not enough of a problem for me to return it as it fits perfectly where I wanted it. I had made a previous review of it and gave it 4 stars, I received a phone call from Displays 2 Go and they offered me a 20 percent refund for the slight problem. It was really stand up D2G, in an online environment where taking care of customers doesn't mater, D2G does.”

“I use this for my spirits company to do tastings. The product I received was defective. I sent an email immediately, the same day in fact. It was not respond to in a timely manner, and a replacement was not sent out in time for work events. I'm still waiting on the replacement part to arrive.”

“Unbelievably good. For about 1 year now, we have been ordering through this company and cannot say enough about our experiences. We will, in the very near future, be turning over all of our tradeshow business to them.
