“The display case I ordered is nice but was damaged in shipping. Two corners of the wooden base came damaged. They seemed to be packaged okay, but not good enough for the sometimes rough treatment of shipping companies. UPDATE: Displays2go sent me a new display case that is perfect! Excellent customer service.”

“I am only rating the display cabinet as a 4 due to the bottom section nut attachments had come off in shipment and I had to put them back on and tighten the rest of them. The top nuts holding the light rods in place had loosen as well but not to bad. The overall cabinet was packaged great. My recommendation for anyone buying this size cabinet be ready for some serious weight. It took three adults to move this but once it was in place it was and still is awesome!!!”

“I received the box with no damage on the outside and lots of damage on the item so they clearly just sent me a damaged item. The top of the display case was not connected to the other three sides. There were two large cracks in the wood on the top and there was also a significant dent on the front. The customer service rep was nice about it but I am still waiting on a refund. The item wasn?t inexpensive, so I expected better.”

“This is the best website I have found for displays for my small business at Farmers' Markets. However, I really would like to be able to pay through Paypal. If you can incorporate Paypal in your payment options, could you let me know? Otherwise, it is easy to shop for what I need (and don't need??). And the delivery process was efficient, and reliable. This is very important to me. Thank you.!”

“Completely dishonest business practices. Offered a specific date of delivery and after payment was made informed that the delivery would be delayed quite a bit even with extra payment for speedy delivery. After canceling was charged more than the item purchased. Filing a formal complaint.”

“I ordered this display on a Friday afternoon and was delighted that it was delivered by the following Tuesday! The display case is elegant and I am very pleased with both the lighting as well as the locking options. We are having it built into an existing register counter and can?t wait to see how it turns out. Also, the display case was delivered assembled which made my life a whole lot easier!”

“The tripod stand I ordered for my Samsung Frame TV came with a damaged box and no screws or tools to attach the brackets to the TV. Luckily I had some in my shop that worked. Very disappointed to say the least. Changed from 2 stars to 4 for the great customer service.”

“I ordered a 6 slot business card holder and an 8 x 11 promo display. Both items were as ordered and came in a timely manner. Only 4 stars because I feel like the shipping amount of $15 on a $25 order was too high.”

“The frame I ordered is the closest I could find anywhere in the size I wanted and it arrived in perfect condition. I was unable to find this type of frame in my my area and the price was very reasonable. Now I know where to buy my frames. It would be great if you offered custom frames that could be ordered in unusual sizes.”

“Excellent product. Just as product information showed and described it. Was shipped very fast. It was shipped in two boxes. Got first on Saturday and thought it had missing parts but the rest came on Monday. Recommend they put box 1 of 2 and box 2 of 2 when shipping then consumer will know another box is on the way. I would recommend Displays2go to friends and associates.”

“the sign is pretty nice overall. The only thing I've seen so far is the sign is loose when you place it on the stand in the landscape position (horizontal). It seems sturdier in the portrait position (vertical).”
